The whole team at Menlo Floors is amazing - from Eugene and Markos in the store to Sam and the installation crew, everyone is amazing. The products are great - lots of options, and they will guide you to the best you can get for your budget. They installed hard surface and carpet in our home... and when a bleach accident ruined the carpet within a month (ugh!), they dug out the remnant to replace a section beautifully! Love the local business vibe and care we received from the team. Huge thanks!!

Eugene and team are amazing. They are extremely skilled, very friendly, and capable of handling even the most challenging flooring and stair installation / remodeling problems. They helped us with a pretty tricky problem that nobody else would handle, and did it very quickly + with top quality. They are at the top of their craft. Menlo Flooring installed hardwood flooring and carpet for us. I rarely do online reviews, but Menlo Flooring deserves that. From the time I walked into their store to the small details on installation, Eugene, Markos and crew were impeccable all the way. I had considered 3 other options in the bay area before getting to them, but none came even close. At the store, they were very patient and knowledgeable to fully understand our budgets and what we were looking for. They came to our house with a number of samples to see how they looked! During installation, the crew (especially Fernando, great guy, very professional) did a phenomenal job, with a lot of attention to details: like in the stairs where they manually make the noses and install them beautifully, in the finishings like baseboards in the kitchen where I didn't like the initial baseboard used and they didn't measure efforts to remove those and install new ones, constantly asking for input on small details, careful moving of furniture, etc.) The final result is impressive. Looks like another house, very very beautiful. I strongly recommend them.

I recently contacted Eugene at Menlo Flooring merely to ask the favor of having him look at a photo of my current hardwood flooring and offer an opinion about what we have. My home and floor are only 2 years old, so there was no chance of immediate business as a result of being responsive. He knew that. Yet, he was nice, responsive, detailed, and very helpful in taking time to answer my questions. I needed to get some new hardwood floors in my house and they did a wonderful job installing them. The owners, Markos and Eugene, were very kind and informative. They also did a spectacular job when they put in carpet. The store had so many samples to look so you can really gauge all of the options. They organize them by brand which makes it easy to find things and research about different brands. Very efficient people doing the job especially Sam, Fernando, Guvein and Servando I would definitely recommend if you need to get new floors.

I don't normally write reviews but I got such great service from the guys at Menlo flooring that I had to say something. Eugene came over the same day to do the measure and gave me some great advice on the type of flooring I should get. I originally went to Home Depot to get the flooring in order to save a few bucks but was discouraged by their sales staff and the long wait. After it was all said and done
I actually saved money using Menlo flooring. Glad I checked these guys out.
