I'm korean.
I want to apologize in advance. Maybe there could be little awkward expression. But I did my best to write down what I have experienced.

I really appreciate to the worker, who helped me willingly.

I visited america during vacation.
It was 2023/jan/6, I stopped here to charge fuel. I was really shocked when i arrived here, as I leave my wallet at my hotel room; Courtyard silicon-valley. I couldn't imagine to go back as there was not enough fuel. Fuel light was blinked.

Can u imagine? U are a foreigner, Asian woman with two sweety girls, u don't have any relations in america, your husband was in korea. How can you deal with this situation? I definitely saw that the worlds bacame blackout.

At first, I saw the woman(customer) who was fuelling her car, imagined to rent the money, but It was useless as I don't have American bank account, so It was impossible to give money back to her.

Hopelessly,, I went to the counter, I asked the host to help this situation almost crying. (I was super scared about not getting any help, being revealt to dangerous situation). If i were alone, it would be better, but i was with 8, 6years old children, which made me crazy. Safety was important for me. )

However, she said without even thinking a second, "Sure! It's okay, don't worry. Just go to fuel the car." I was so surprised her kindness. After fueling the car, I went back to my room, got my wallet, gave back the money. At that time, I was so nervous, so I regret not saying my gratefulness enoughly. I can't forget that day. She gave me and my children the touchable lesson. For me, America is great country, American is awesome people. Because of her. Once again, thank you very much. I hope many people go this shop, because she is super kind person;even though nobody watching.

price is cool but if you use your card at the pump the gas station puts an automatic $75 hold on your card even if your card does no purchase because of decline at $0 with receipt proof on fact of no purchase because the hold is more than a merely $20 you planned to use. Then they blame the bank the bank blames them and says 3-7 business days to get hold taken off like a run around. That is unjust they take your money play with it for a few days even when your card doesn't make an actual gas purchase. The manager isn't on site and not reachable to put hold back immediately like a proper business person. High way robbery. Especially during the holidays.
