I usually like it if my wife doesn't do any shopping. Most of the time I'm hoping she doesn't find anything she likes. This was not the case. She kept on finding 'cute little things' as she calls them, everywhere. I'm glad we didn't have much time and it was raining so we left before she caused major damage to the wallet.

There are some decent places in this strip mall, which is fairly Asian specific, however it has to be one of the absolute worse parking lots hands down. Drivers are clueless, inconsiderate, or just plain don't play attention.

Unlike other shopping centers in the Bay area that have closed businesses, this center is striving and Is fully occupied. Many restaurants and fast food. There is the dollar store and high end bakery

Newark Buffet is well stocked and has attentive staff, but the food taste and quality is less than even my low expectations. I'm sad that not even added sauces and seasoning rescued the flavor.

A great picture place to go for specific needs. Ranch 99 has wonderful produce at good prices. The guys who work in produce are terrific... Very helpful. The dollar store in this center is the best. There is also a bakery that has everything you can think of. Parking is a mess.

Service attitude is acceptable, do not need to wait for seats.
Very fast pace, the nearby parking spaces are easy to find.
The only bad thing is the need to go to the front desk to get the key to unlock the door to use, and only two are male and female sharing.
