Ordered via the store website and received my order very quickly. The turnaround time from order placement to actually giving the package to the shipper was same day and I was impressed by that. There are plenty of places that don't process orders as quickly or efficiently and it affects the overall wait time. This company was quick and accurate and I appreciate the level of service I received. I ordered again today, 5/28/25. Thank you Tier 1 Games! I appreciate your integrity and transparency as well as the aforementioned qualities pertaining to my first order.

Ordered some singles online and picked them up in store. Super easy and quick. Store layout is well done. Many tables open to play on. But my biggest shoutout to Arman. Helped my daughter get her first Pokémon single and was very sweet. Arman even found a price difference on an item I was buying and corrected it in my favor. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. This kind of service will make me a customer for life. Thank you Arman and tier 1 games for a wonderful shopping experience.

Kind of bummed. The employees are not friendly at all. It seems they only cater to their regular players. Not to mention I was shamed when I told an employee I was a collector for a long time but I’m trying to learn how to play with my daughter on Pokemon day. He refused to give me a free Pokemon day Sylveon promo since I wasn’t an active player. Although other people walked in and grabbed them.

Everytime we walk in we aren’t greeted and when we ask questions they always seem annoyed.

Despite that, I still come in about once a week to look around. Normally I find something at a decent “MSRP” price. I was shocked last night when we arrived and the store was empty. Only one guy sitting working on something. Two employees that looked less than thrilled we walked in. We browsed around to see products have sky rocketed. “TCG pricing” and “Market” is wild. I unfortunately won’t be back.

So I come to this store frequently and for the most part I've enjoyed my time in the store. The vibes are normally very good until today.

I understand prerelease events can be stressful. I understand that things might not run smoothly. Those are fine and understandable. But for the owner to openly blame his staff for his lack of communication is appalling. He openly told the prerelease crowd that he had to step in to run things because certain things were not communicated to staff properly.

That is the owners responsibility; to fully and openly communicate expectations and delegate properly to employees rather than blame them for communication issues while taking no responsibility while doing in it front of customers is just rude and disrespectful to your employees and customers.

If he talks about employees like this openly to customers then how does he treat them when customers aren't around? Have some respect for the people that work for you because displays like this show your true colors and drive away good employees and faithful customers.

Hopefully this is taken in with an open mind and some self reflection is had.

Ordered some cards through them and TCG player, they were never sent and assumed I would not notice. I called them and found my cards were still in inventory when I told them I was local. They sell on multiple platforms and don’t care about the customer they screw over. Oh, and it honestly does not matter what the store ownership says in reply to this. I won’t go there, won’t buy from there and I won’t refer anyone to them. Would avoid at all costs. Have a conscience!! Do what’s right by your customers.

This is a great place to buy/sell/Trade cards and purchase related product. My issue is they have (Scalper) prices on release days. I'm all for supporting my local game store, but I don't want to feel like I'm being bent over in doing so. I can easily pay scalper prices and save on the taxes outside this store. I'd rather just save my pennies and not buy anything.

People buying from your TCGplayer account and since you don't update the price in time and people like me will buy it and we pay for the cards that are currently on the BAN LIST. Then you realize you didn't update the price of cards on your TCGplayer account. So cancel the order but slap to insult is you raise the price on TCGplayer and you blame it on TCGplayer. You disgust me. AVOID THIS LGS!!

I do have a good reason to give bad feedback, I just choose to be identified because maybe I go for draft/Pokemon/packs.

I called them and they said trading in a card over $100 get 90% value in store credit. They lied about this and gave not even 75% store credit. Also they scammed me when I said there is 250 holos and 700 reverse holos, they only paid me for the reverse holos and not the extra $8 for the holos, this could’ve been a mistake but I doubt it.
