Was in need of a good refresher. Decided to go to my local coffee shop. I always prefer my drinks with easy ice since I enjoy the actual drink and not the ice which usually dilutes it. My drink was literally filled from mid way to the rim of ice. I did take a photo of my drink because this is not right since I did ask for easy ice. Flavor of my drink was diluted as expected. After 3 sips the drink was practically empty. Thank you for the ice since no one actually likes the drink and we prefer to sip on diluted ice. Staff was also very unprofessional. As the lady was taking my order they were meowing in the background loud enough that I could hear.

I have always loved coffee bean over Starbucks, but the last few times have been rough. Today, though was the worst I think I’ve experienced with this specific location. Ordered at the drive thru, got the wrong size and type of drink. They didn’t put coffee in my ice blend. I went in to get it fixed, explained what was wrong and a short white boy helped, he didn’t ask what was wrong and when he remade it was slamming things and it felt like he was being deliberately loud and inconvenienced. It was really uncomfortable and disappointing. He just said “here” when he finally fixed it and ignored me and gave me a mean mug when I thanked him. I won’t be returning anytime soon. It’s already hard for me to ask for things like that because I truly don’t want to inconvenience or make anyone’s job harder, but that was an ugly feeling to be treated that way.

I have been going here for almost 5 years. I've tried every coffee place and Coffee Bean in Menifee has the best coffee and staff! Everyone working here always go above and beyond. They also work every Holiday with a smile on their faces. We love our Coffee Bean Family 💜 My go to order is a Carmel Ice blend made extreme with two shots of espresso, extra caramel and whip cream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went through Drive through today ordered food and 3 drinks and Normally I love this place over Starbucks! However I got an iced tea with boba it was clumped together and I hate white floaties in it, clearly it was older and I wasn't given the proper straw kinda disappointed, $7 for each one of my Drinks and today's green matcha tea tasted like pure milk without the matcha in it .

On January 9th I went to Coffee bean Tea and Leaf in Menifee Ca @1pm through the drive thru and I had paid for my coffee through the drive thru and I realized hours later that my card was given back to me. I then checked my transactions on my phone and seen that 3 transactions were made in the amount of 95$ which was a total of 285$ taken out of my card. This was taken out of my account without my consent. I then called the next day Coffee bean to make sure that my card was there and they told me my card was at Coffee Bean which made very clear that my card was either used by an employee who works there or they simply used my card to purchase something online. I won’t be coming to this location anymore. Be aware. Don’t use card, use cash if anything. I filed a police report of the incidnet.

BEST COFFEEHOUSE! My family and I always stop here for a delicious coffee, tea or treat. The staff is always friendly and kind both at the drive thru and in-store. I’ve never had a conceded or rude worker interact with me once at this place and it’s so refreshing after dealing with Starbucks employees. The drive thru is kind of tricky so make sure you keep an eye out for it behind the Cafe Rio Mexican Restaurant. The ice blended drinks are some of the best drinks I’ve ever had and I highly recommend trying their seasonal offerings. I’m a massive fan of the winter dream tea latte and the cookie butter ice blended drink during December. On a regular day I would say you can’t go wrong with any of their drinks. Oh and I’m also in love with their spinach and egg breakfast sandwich, it’s a dreamy little pillow of goodness! If you’re a college student that’s looking for a calm place to relax or work, this is the place!
