He finally solved and showed us what it was ice had formed over the air filter which would not blow cold air to the refrigerator side. Ara was fantastic!
Our Bosch dishwasher needed a new heat pump, Arrived on time, called to confirmed had the part on the truck!
Make sure to let us know that we need to continue to clean the filter after every few uses to prolong the life of the Bosch dishwasher.
Highly recommend recommended!

After waiting for this part for over a week, only to have it still leaking after the supposed fix was initially disappointing BUT they were so responsive and sent their senior technician around, Arman, on a Saturday when their office was closed.
