hello! I’m said girlfriend who got insulted last night by one of the workers here. I wasn’t planning on leaving my own review, but after reading the owner’s response to my boyfriend, I feel the need to come on here and defend myself.

I stopped into this store during an event in which their normal staff was working. this IS a reflection of your business, these are YOUR employees no? so why is my experience dismissed and labeled as “irrelevant”? completely unprofessional. this guest can attest to the fact that I was not provided a welcoming environment and this store will not be receiving any future business from me.

I always have a great experience when I visit! The options provided are so wonderful and amazing quality. The employees are so detail oriented and cater to my needs whether redesigning, refurbishing, or adding something new. It’s always a joy when I get to stop in!

Just got home from visiting this furniture design shop in Montrose for the first time. Had a super awkward encounter by one of the women who worked there. Something seemed off? I don’t know if she was intoxicated or something, but she came up to my girlfriend and I while we were shopping and told us my girlfriend looks 15 years old (she’s 24) and she wouldn’t stop talking about it. We were just minding our business and trying to shop, but this lady went on and on about how my girlfriend looks like a 15 year old. Even after we expressed discomfort over her comments, she kept going on and on. It was incredibly awkward and it unfortunately ruined my girlfriend’s night

These people aren’t friendly or respectful. Take your business elsewhere. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all 😂🤷‍♂️ adult bullies work here!
