It's true the customer service here is of poor quality. When they are busy they become rude and make the purchase difficult. I've made a telephone order before without an account # but some employee named Joe had put me on hold 15 mins three different occasions and at the ends seems to be sarcastic and says I can't order without an account #. If that's the case who ever had taken my order without an account# before may have done his job incorrectly, or Joe is just lying so he can take a rest.

AMAZING service.
Walked in just a few minutes before closing for an urgent pickup order... and the worker was so so kind and understanding. I felt so bad because I stayed a bit past their 5pm closing time but he acted like there was zero rush and answered all my questions patiently. Though there was no stock of one of our ordered items, he offered to drive to the Glendale location and be back the next day so I could pick it up early. WHO DOES THAT. Beyond satisfied with our experience there.
Wish I knew the name of the man who helped me-- he asked for mine but I was kind of anxious because of the time so I completely forgot to ask for his! D: sorry mr. kind man.

Extremely slow service. Can take 30 mins just to buy some primer or non color matched paint. Not enough staff for the amount of customers. Often out of basic white paints as well. Their types of paints and their cost difference is extremely confusing as well. Store could use a revamp. Going to try Sherwin Williams up the street instead.

Used to be good in La Canada.
Now it's horrible. Manager has bad attitude, limited stock and not the great service and products they once provided. I go to Benjamin Moore and the quality of paint, the store itself and most employees are much more professional and knowledgeable. Goodbye Dunn Edward's, you've been replaced by professionals. Which you once were but are not anymore. La Canada Dunn Edward's really deserves 0 stars.

Originally I gave Dunn Edwards a 5 star rating, now that I have to repaint my entire room because of them I'm lowering my rating and giving them 2 stars. I had originally purchased Benjamin Moore paint from the local Orchard, unfortunately they went out of business so i decided to see if Dunn Edwards could match the color I needed. The employee that helped me appeared confident they could match the color so I went ahead and purchased the paint I needed from them. I proceeded to paint the areas along the baseboards and molding that needed it and as I was doing so I did notice that the Dunn Edwards paint looked slightly lighter. I figured like most paint once it fully dried it would darken a little and blend right in. Well the paint is completely dry and it is definitely still significantly lighter then the original Benjamin Moore paint. Now I get to have the pleasure of repainting every wall in my room... Again. Thanks Dunn Edwards for making my job twice as difficult, won't be purchasing paint from you ever again.

I am a painter contractor I go to a lot of paint stores a lot of Dunn Edwards and home depots around the county and along California and this particular store has a very good helpful costumer service, besides the paint quality is excellent even their cheaper paint is great which I can't say on a variety of paint brands, with them you will always get a flawless finish
