It's an o.k. center at best. Since the pandemic, most of the shops there are closed up and just sit empty. There are a few hangers-on - a BOA bank, Western Dental, an eyeglasses place, a discount clothing store, and I believe there is a gym still open there as well. Pretty much sums up all of Vallejo at this point.

Everything in this Plaza from Sporting Goods to telephone services to Fitness Gyms to Dollar stores to jewelry stores to check cashing places to Chinese food places to pizza places to Bank of America to Insurance places to laundromat grocery store to UPS Store ... pretty much everything I need on a day-to-day basis right here in Vallejo Plaza

Most of the shops in Seafood City were open and had a lot of customers two days before Christmas day and had full service expected. The lines were very fast.

Seafood city has a huge selection of whole fish, which, is very impressive. Pho Lee Hoa Phat 2 has excellent pho and appetizers.
