As a shopping plaza, this is what you would expect. Appears to be plenty of parking and the place is kept clean. +1 star for finally adding trash cans. Middle plant area is a nice touch and the stairs and elevator are in convenient location.

Attached some pictures of some of the various shops, since it's not just the 2 martial arts places.

Sufficient parking. Chapala Mexican food restaurant is quaint and serves good food in sufficient quantity. Friendly staff. Fairly busy. Eat here regularly. Unfortunately, it is closed on Mondays.
Salon Capizzo (Shayna) is excellent for both men and women. Call for an appointment, as the entrance is always locked, even when Shayna is there.

This is what I like about Chapala Mexican restaurant, food is very good although it's pricey, what I enjoy most are the chairs carvings and tables are masterpieces, both chairs and tables have stories of every day life Mexican culture.

Tons & tons of free parking in this location. New buildings with tons of suites & huge parking lot. Doesn't seem like it fills up or has a whole ton of traffic.
