Absolutely doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Bought some 99 brand shots and they aren't the actual 49.5% ones but sell them like they are. Don't buy from here they only sell a cheap 15% knock off. Go to EE. I should have know because the younger owner actually blew my doors off one day passing me going into a school zone at 70 mph seems like a lack of care for others is the family moto.

Poor customer service. Cashier refused to sell cigarettes as she had already coubted them. Her reason for doing do so wad because she had another job to get to. This gal is fairly new as i have just recently seen her there. Marisol has been great. And has great customer service skills. I have walked one minute before closing and have not had this issue before.

Extremely poor customer service! They refused to do a refund when they specifically asked me to make a $5 purchase in order to get cash back. Which I did and proceeded to pay for it. But the cashier did not give the option of getting cash back. Therefore I was charged and I did not get cash back. They refused to give me a refund even though I was willing to repurchase the items to get cash back. Apparently they do not do refunds using debit cards. I have been in customer service before no matter what way the customer pays I always give them a refund. The cashier was extremely rude and walked away from me to avoid helping me. She proceeded to help others. Worst costumer service I have ever had. I will never go there again!
