I had such a great experience at Plato’s Closet! I went in looking for some new pieces to add to my wardrobe, and Chloe was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful, friendly, and had a great eye for fashion. She helped me pick out some outfits that I wouldn’t have thought to try on myself, and they ended up being perfect! The store was well-organized, and the prices were fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Chloe if you need help—she made the shopping experience so much fun!

The events are TO DIE FOR! I drive from Bella Vista to Fayetteville for their events. Tons of lululemon, skims, pacsun, and other expensive brands for cheap. Azu the social media manager promotes the events so well that there’s usually like 100 people waiting in line BEFORE they open! Definitely worth checking out. Best Plato’s ever.

Love this Plato’s! One of the best I’ve ever been to. Great clothes and reasonable prices. Not to mention the girls working are so sweet and helpful! The girl that helped me today was Erin and she was the best! I’ll definitely be coming back

“I love shopping here for myself and my kids, but the customer service is consistently terrible. 6 visits in a row. The employees act like acknowledging customers is beneath them—no eye contact, no conversation, just attitude. If they’re going to act like they’re above basic courtesy, they should at least be good at their jobs. Instead, they come across as uninterested and entitled. It’s frustrating because I actually like this store, but dealing with the staff makes shopping here an unpleasant experience. Every. Single. Time. And today’s employee according to this receipt is ALSS I’m not sure what it’s short for.

I had such a great experience at PCFAY! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse through their amazing selection of high-quality resale items at unbeatable prices.

What really stood out was the customer service—friendly, and attentive. My girl Ariel, when I was dropping off my clothes she walked me through the buying process and what to expect. After 15 minutes i got a text that my clothes were ready. She checked me out and I got $98.34!! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to friends. If you're looking for unique finds and top-tier service, this is the place to go!

I absolutely adore this Plato’s Closet!! They have the absolute best staff, and are always willing to help out a girl in need. The stuff is priced fairly, and is in good quality. Unfortunately, a couple months my boyfriend’s mom cut my function dress in half because she said it “wasn’t revealing enough goodies” so I went to Plato’s in hope of finding an affordable replacement. Lara was kind enough to help me try on at least 15 different dresses until I could find one that fit, but would also be conservative enough for my tastes! She was incredibly kind and considerate towards my larger figure. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I went t the Platos Closet in Fayetteville AR a darling little refurbish store for used ‘tasteful’ clothing and etc….. I was greeted as I walked through door by this sweet, polite, knowledgeable young lady, Chloe. I was looking for a cute outfit for a dinner. We were going to a little Valentines dinner at the country club. Chloe, was so sweet and knowledgeable of what they had and where everything was. I would greatly recommend for you to ask for Chloe when you go into Plato’s closer she is the sweetest girl. Chloe has even showed me different things and I bought some cute clothes for my granddaughter. I had to leave Chloe kept showing me things I really needed to quit buying. But then I would tell myself “oh that is so cute and such a good price.”
