Had appointment scheduled last week. The technician never showed to give the estimate called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Randy. He assured me that he gave me another technicians name and number that was scheduled for today at 10AM no call no show again when I called the technician he said oh yeah we did have that appointment scheduled today. Call back to speak to Randy and he has called and left me a voicemail that they were unloading the truck. I guess that was more important than customers that have been stood up already previously. Very poor customer service

We needed our front door replaced. My husband brought in the old door and they installed hinges, door knob, door sweep and trimmed the new door to match the old. It fits like a glove. Staff was very friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable. Extremely happy with the service.

A friend of mine and I showed up as they were closing, our fault, but the fella that helped us get the molding for the desk I was making was more than happy to help. He was funny and knowledgeable. I didn't catch his name, but he deserves a raise. The owner even popped out for a minute and spoke to us. Great place! Also have wonderful prices!

I purchased windows for my home in 2007. Some of the windows needed to be replaced under warranty. I've now been working for 5 years to get them replaced and is STILL not done. Promise after promise and no results. Don't trust this company to stand by a warranty. They just want the sale.
