Excellent place to stay. Not the fanciest, or newest, but everything was clean. We spent a week there enjoying the local hikes, Blanchard Springs Caverns, Ozark Folk Center, and even the local indoor pool which is free through Wyndham. Would consider doing again if we're in the area again.

We stayed in the king suite which is really a 1 bed condo. It was pretty nice with a small living area on the top floor and a fully furnished kitchen and a spacious bed and bath. There is a small balcony with a couple of chairs. Our room was overlooking the woods and the lake a little. The bathroom had a large tub with a window overlooking the woods. We didn’t use the facilities like the pools because it was raining most of the time. You do get access to a gym with an indoor pool also. Plenty of towels were provided for both the bathroom and to take to the pool. Overall, we had a great stay.

Older wyndham resort. Amenities were bare minimum. Suite was a little dated, but very comfortable. We weren't expecting much as we there to visit other sites several hours away. Our time there was quiet and relaxing. A few local stores near by was perfect for all your needs, but if you wanted more it was gonna be a bit of a drive.

Everyone there was so thoughtful and kind. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond with needs of extra garbage bags etc. Unit was spotless! The view was amazing! Beds and pillows were comfy. Couldn't ask for a more relaxing place to stay!

My family and I stayed for spring break and our experience was phenomenal! They thought of everything. Everything we could’ve possibly needed was in the room. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the cleanliness and perfection of our stay. The staff was great and friendly and took absolutely wonderful care of our needs. I totally recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Fairfield Bay.

We got a suite for 80 bucks a night, absolutely blew our minds how beautiful the area was around. The lady that gave us the card keys was super nice and friendly. They have everything here, but you might have to drive to get there like the pool. A lot of the amenities cost money, but the pool and fitness areas come complimentary. There's a lot of restaurants around that have discounts, but none are open past like 8 and some aren't open all day only certain days. But man this suite is absolutely incredible, and they didn't try to sell us timeshares!

I loved the location of this property, away from the town on a golf course. Peace and quite was the order of everyday. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable but lacking in minor maintenance. Pieces of siding had fallen off or were loose and banging against the building in the wind. There was a lot of deadfall from the trees all over the walkways and grassed areas that often impeded walking. As with many older resorts the plug ins were all wired to the room switches so the electronics didn't charge unless the switch was on. The area seems to be in transition going away from hiking trails in favor of ATV trails. There were many miles of ATV trails and I tried walking a couple of them but my presence was not appreciated by the off roaders. The hiking trails were either extremely short or impassible due to fallen trees and thorny bush overgrown. The area has to decide if they want hiking trails, ATV trails or both and develop accordingly as this halfway stuff isn't working. I will definitely keep this resort on my radar for future stops to see if the resort and area maintenance improves.

Friendly city, nice outdoor area. Caves, mountains, boats and hikes! Lots to do with family. We were there on the off season and the food choices were lacking so bring food for your family bc you don’t have a lot of choices, in season it may be better. Our unit wasn’t huge for two bedrooms and the microwave was broken. It was quiet and peaceful with comfortable beds but not as nice as the video you see online. ||Mountain View, a town about 40 minutes north is worth seeing and there are caves near there my daughter enjoyed.
