I’m not even sure what the dresses looked liked, they were all bagged and I was not about to waste hours in there having the workers open the bags, take out the dress and then repeat every time my daughter wanted to look at another. Yes, I know it’s to keep the dresses clean and safe but it just seems like too much of a hassle!

Horrible Horrible Timing. I have been coming here for the past 10 years, so has my family! Last summer I ordered a dress for our annual Gala. The dress didn’t arrive until the day of the event when I had already bought a back up. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because I always get my alterations here... so I decided to order my moms bouquet from here. Super expensive and they don’t even provide a cardboard box for it. Which is BS and difficult because I’m flying it out of town with me. It was scheduled that I needed for tomorrow and nothing is ready. They had forgotten about it and even couldn’t find the receipt. I live across town had to drive here twice in hopes of it being ready. Which the lady basically told me I
Can leave and come back within an hour. I don’t have time to waste. They told me it was ready earlier and it just had to be picked up but now the person making it is still working on it. After I receive what I Paid for, they lose me as a customer. As well as my family. Never again.

If I could , I would give no ⭐️, Horrible Service . My daughter”s quince was ruined with the dresses last minute, a week before the event Jenny let us know that the Dresses our daughter had picked out Months in advance and the girls also were coming in for measurements were not available for all girls because of there size. Who does that a week before then the dresses that came in needed alterations and she said she would take care of it , weren’t altered at all just were pinned. She is not professional at all . Might seem all good in the beginning but just wait for it . Just don’t waste your time or money 💰 with her !! There’s plenty other dress shops with the same books she has to order dresses.

Jenny, the owner, puts the customer first!! I recently needed a last minute alteration on two evenings gowns so I went to her store (after being treated so rudely/unprofessionally at Divinas) and she didn't hesitate to assist me. She declined our dresses in just two days and they look better than expected!! Thank you Jenny for your outstanding customer service!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! For starters there are more negative reviews then positive, red flag!
We used Jenny’s for my nieces Quincenera and had so many issues. Once all the girls were fitted Jenny informed my sister that the dress she picked for the damas was not available in all sizes. Jenny ended up picking and ordering a different dress on her own without telling my sister! Those dresses all needed to be hemmed and altered but with additional cost of course! All the boys and men were fitted for tuxedos and when those arrived for pick up they also needed to be altered! What’s the point of getting fitted My husband still ended up using different pants from his closet because the alterations were off! She never offered any kind of reimbursement. Nothing was the fault of the shop, excuses made for everything! DO NOT USE! Better off ordering everything online!

Owner was nice but only spoke Spanish. Requested to try an XL and she handed us an XS. Didn't even bother trying others on as most dresses that I could see were decorated with just glitter. No rhinestones at all.

My little sister got a dress f try on here for a 15 she was in. The dress was “fairly” priced at $100 but the quality was insanely bad. As if someone who had nothing to do with making dresses put the dress together- my sister went into a fitting a d explained that it was uncomfortable in certain areas and that was not taken into account. During the photos the day off the event the dress literally started falling apart and the worse part is that all of the others girls dressed were just as bad...

Worst place to get dresses and tuxedos. Ordered dresses in March for our July Quinceanera, Jenny told us a few weeks before the event we had to pick different dresses then went in and found out she picked a new dress herself around the same price and ordered for all 11 Damas. She said it was getting late so she picked a dress herself for our event, after they messed up our first order! All guys got fitted for tuxedos and finally a day before they had them ready for pick up. Once they got home all the bow ties were wrong, shirts wrinkled and 3 guys had pants that didn't fit and jackets way to big. This place caused the only stress for our Quince. Unless you want to be stressed out, do not shop here. Jenny has 1 lady running her shop 24/7 so I can see why there is so much mixup since the poor girl has to do everything on her own.
