Very disappointed ordered the dress to be tailored weeks in advance, called to see if it was ready the day before I said I needed it and it hadn't even been started yet, then she forgot to make the bow, then threw together a bow that looked awful and was nothing like what they showed us. Now the party is less than 24 hours away and the dress is ruined

Having a special event should be stress free, this place had us all stressed out. Tuxedos were not clean they looked horrible we had no choice but to use them there was no time to have them dry cleaned. I would like to say that the young lady, daughter of the tux owner was very nice. The mother did make my granddaughter a BEAUTIFUL sweet 16 dress, if you just want 1 dress made by the owner she does beautiful work. I would not recommend anything else. I thought it was easier to have 1 place for everything but it was the worst decision ever. If you want nice clean Tuxedos go the Tuxedos on Broadway, I always used them, and regret not using them for our special event. We all pay a lot of money to have a beautiful event, you don’t need any stress all planning should go smoothly this was not the case with this organization.

The mother's dress was stitched poorly and not even the color we asked for. When asked about it she only gave excuses. Another dress was suppose to be done with all the accessories by the end of February and it wasn't so once again we just got excuses on why it wasnt done in time. We will no longer do business with this company! If you want good quality dresses and better customer service please go somewhere else(:

Please Do not go here!! Very unprofessional!! I would give it no stars if possible!! To start off she lost the order for the entire party, She ordered the wrong size dress then charged me $25 dollars to make alterations to make it bigger for my little girl after she make the mistake. Called a week before the event and asked if the dress was ready very rude and unprofessional and said if I didn't call you then it's not ready and hung up!! Stay away from this place the older lady is rude!! Take your buisness else where and avoid running around.

Not much help what so EVER. Was turned to catalogs. Which might look good in a book but not her body. How does a store expect you to dish out over $800 to get a dress that in the end doesn't fit or look right when you get it. Curly hair lady had attitude like if she already
knew us and we were a waste of time. I would of not given a star but you have to. (Hem and her had a bigger better selection and even took dresses off the models.That is customer service.)

Really great service and super helpful. I went there for my quince dress in 2013 and just went back for my wedding dress!! The lady Rosa truly made my special day so memorable with this custom dress. She had it ready three days before pickup and made it better than I hoped for. I 100% recommend purchasing a dress for any occasion there if you want the best, personal service.

Please, do yourself and your family the favor and stay away from this business. They do not meet deadlines, they will give you every excuse in the book as to why deadlines were not met and kept! They made
My daughters Quinceañera a nightmare, dress wasn’t ready to try on until a week before the event (we ordered the dress four months in advance!)and when we tried the dress on it was the wrong color and not at all what we ordered. My daughter wanted strapless and the dress she tried on 1 week before her quince (1st dress try on) had straps along with wrong color and flowers were falling off the dress. After much complaining they fixed the dress and it was completed 4 days before the Quinceañera. Also, ordered a quince package from them that was also half fasted and slapped together last minute. Hot glue mess all over the sign in book and bouquet; the knife set was not ready to be picked up until the day before the quince. These people don’t deserve to be trusted with anyones special event, it’s all about money for them and not once did they offer any money back to us after all the mistakes they made.

Bad service and they have excuses for everything... Messed up dress orders then charge for alterations ugh I could go on.... I have delt with other dress shops and never had issues... I thought I would give someone else my business but bad idea, my poor daughter was crying because we confronted the owner and all she did was lie then her daughter that doesn't help when we were there picking stuff out get in and starts saying stuff like she knew what was going on. My daughter was crying saying how can that lady just stand there and lie like that
