The staff here kinda ruins the vibe. I came in to get rid of some clothes, they look thru everything give me some of it back and say they can’t take it it’s worn. I say it’s fine it can go to donation they told me to just take it to the back of the parking lot.. ok cool. I get a message saying my order is ready/ come back to the store. Came back for them just to give me all the clothes back. nice customer service team lol

We have been to a TON Plato’s closet locations in 5 different states and this one is so impressive!!! The store looks like a high end one and the clothing is thoughtfully organized. Not like a typical thrift store … very nicely curated pieces and amazing staff. The vibe of the store is awesome. Great job with this location to the owners!

Honestly this place kinda sucks. Took a whole bag of like new lululemon in and they didn’t take any of it Along with a ton of cute Jean shorts and dresses all barely worn. They took a vineyard vines shirt out of everything ? That was the ugliest thing in the bags. Everytime I’ve gone to sell here in the past, I regret it.

Went in with a friend after I told her I had never been to a Plato's Closet before. I didn't even think to look at the reviews. My only issue was the girl with the glasses behind the counter.

I found some pretty decent addidas for $65 and decided to purchase. The girl that rang me up was nice, but you could tell she was new. She was a little flustered cause the line got long, and she needed help quite often. The price and code for the shoes were written on the bottom, and there was no price tag. When she entered the code, it came up as $10. She asked the girl with glasses for help and told her the price it was coming up as. Glasses just said, "Those aren't $10" with a clear attitude, and I agreed. Again, they were really nice shoes. The other girl said she tried twice, and that's what it came up as. Glasses proceeded to say, "Oh well, sometimes people switch the price tags." I was taken aback for a sec because EXCUSE ME!! How dare you insinuate that I switched the price tag?!! The other girl said immediately, "It's written on the bottom." Glasses came over, double checked, and saw that she entered the code in wrong. No apology, not even an excuse.

That will be the first and last time I ever go to any Plato's location.

It seemed like the girls at the counter were more focused on chatting than taking more time to go through our clothes we brought in or ring us up. The manager came off super rude. They will barely look through your clothes and then tell you they’re taking none of them. Definitely don’t sell here!

I've come here multiple times hoping the next experience would be better but disappointed each time, both on the selling and buying side. They have never taken some of the nicer brand clothing I brought, yet they have some cheap worn out clothing on their racks. It reeks tasteless college sorority girl pickiness. Their refund policy is rather crappy: no refunds at different locations, a very narrow window, only in-store credit offered. I think I'm not coming back here for good.

I’m very disappointed with this establishment! When I walked in the store I was welcomed with “no bags allowed!” When I asked why they said, “This isn’t the safest area” then, they rudely proceeded to give me a choice, for me to leave my bag with them, or leave my bag in my car. Any other establishment would have greeted me with a welcome and an appreciation for walking into their establishment and not make the assumption that everyone is a thief. As I’m contemplating my options, I looked behind the desk to see if there was a secure spot for my bag. Which there wasn’t and I definitely didn’t trust these strangers with my personal belongings. I also didn’t want to leave my bag in my car especially after they told me this isn’t the safest area. So I made the decision to just leave. To me this place doesn’t really seem to care about the security or safety of their customers. Especially for people like myself who liked to shop there. My advice, take down that stupid sign and find a better solution to secure your shit!

Do not sell here. They will offer you nothing for them. They will basically take your clothes for free. They took 5 items of mine and only offered $9.50, I spent well over 9.50 for the 5 items which I never wore and it was too late to return. I even had to wait a whole hour and half. Go sell your clothes somewhere that will actually give you what they are worth
