I absolutely love Carter’s Custom Cuts Butcher Shop. The meat is always incredibly fresh and high quality—no hidden nitrates, no fillers, just real, honest meat. I’ve always struggled with store-bought meat because whatever enzymes or additives they use to keep it red on the shelves often make me sick. But I’ve never had that issue with anything I’ve purchased from Carter’s.

From their flavorful bacon to their mouthwatering ribs, everything has been consistently excellent. I also trust them with my own animals for butchering, and they always do a professional, clean job. Last week we dropped by and picked up their pre-made carne asada meat. Ready to go and fair priced. We also grabbed some of the homemade tortillas from tortilla family and with it made some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. If you are hesitant because of the price, it’s worth it. Love having the quality and convenience of the nearby butcher shop.

We bought steaks for the 1st time a few days ago, and grilled them today. Sooo tender and juicy, with an amazing flavor!

My wife and I live in the valley and everytime we come to visit Thatcher we bring a couple of ice chests to fill with meat from Carter's custom meats. We have never had a bad product. We love everything we have ever had. Thank you for your excellent products and outstanding customer service.

Bryce and his crew are the best! Little back story...The company I used to buy my beef from, that used to have Carter's process their cows, stopped selling it. So, I emailed Bryce to ask about an alternative place. I was beyond ecstatic to find out they also raise and process their own cows. He was super helpful and answered a ton of my questions. I then placed an order for a half beef with him and came down and got it all when they called to tell me it was ready. Super happy with the cuts and quality. This is now my go to place. Worth the 4 hr drive from Phoenix to get the best beef in town. Thanks you guys!
