There's a lot of reviews from years ago but hardly any recent. So I'm going to say something! I've had nothing but great experiences here. It's clean and organized. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. There's new things all the time and nice stuff, too! They might charge a little more than a couple thrift stores. But, they're way less expensive than Goodwill. And, from what I've seen, better quality things. Much nicer people.

Item are nice excellent prices. However if you are coming here for assistance you might just want to go without. The lady that takes care of clients is super rude and really should not be in this job position if she hates ppl that much

I called to see if I can get assistance on my utilities on 2/2/23 @ 12:39pm And the lady named MARIA Who is the manager she also said, began to help me and she asked me a few questions and once she asked me if I was getting food stamps and I said no and she said with a little smirk at the end “wow your not getting food stamps” and then laughed. Then I confronted her and told her I was going through a lot right now if I wasn’t I wouldn’t be calling you. She then said “sorry, but if you aren’t working right now why aren’t you on food stamps but that’s your choice” and then LAUGHED. Then I told her “exactly it is my choice but you did not have to laugh that is rude” I have a recording of the call! If she was management then I HIGHLY SUGGEST FIND A NEW MANAGER she is super rude and should not be in that position. Especially if she laughs at customers who needs help with bills.. smh I will be telling people about my experience at the st Vincent de Paul In pinetop!

I called last week for a donation pick up. Was told they would come by Tuesday, wensday, Thursday. They would call before coming over. No one called and no showed. Called today and was met with very rushed phone call and told that they were not accepting donations today or till some time in January. I get holidays places will close and people want to be with their familys. I wasn't given any opportunity to explain my issue. The nice lady that I spoke with the week before was very kind and helpful. I will not be requesting their service again in the future.

They said they close at 4. I was there at 345 and I was an inconvenience. He made me park on the roadside and gave me an awful screwbyou look. They treated me awful for even shopping. I donate a ton and this is not what this establishment should be about. Definitely disappointed. I will be speaking to a director supervisor on Monday.

My experience was great. My wife hurt her knee playing tennis. Could not walk at all. She needed a walker. The thirft store clerk was helpful and lended us one on the honor system. Bring it back when your done. How great is that in this day and age,?

I am only in town for a short while and just purchased property here. I am in my RV and I was just looking for a rake or a shovel and called Saint Vincent's. I didn't even have to drive out, the young lady went to look for me to save me from having to maneuver my RV. How sweet! Thank you so much!
