I am currently in the middle of a repair with this facility and wouldn’t recommend them simply because of the terrible customer service skills that Mike provides. Getting a major repair done (complete engine replacement) and he cannot seem to answer calls, return 1 voice mail, give a quote prior to completion of work or the common respect to ask permission for additional repairs. I have been nice and courteous and that doesn’t seem to work either.
We been out of our vehicle for months and just now finding out rental vehicles are given after being repeatedly told that this dealership doesn’t do that (1 of the lies). Not 1 thing went the way that Mike described and it’s a shame that people are doing business like that these days. Currently working on my emails to corporate, looking to speak with the owner but save yourself a big hassle and drive right past this place. 0 stars!!

We like the lifetime maintenance plan when you buy a used car. We live in Green Valley so we like to have a dealer right here in the area. We've bought a couple of used Hondas and are happy.

Made an appointment 2 MONTHS ago. Show up ON TIME. They have NO...I repeat NO service people. No one showed up to work. And, now they even charge for Water in their waiting room. We will NEVER buy a Ford again.

I recently had service done on my '23 Ford Maverick. This was my first visit to Jim Click Ford in Green Valley.

To say the very least, I was very impressed from start to finish! Brianna Gutierrez, my service advisor, was truly amazing! Her attention to detail and her personal updates during my visit were above and beyond!

The facility is also top notch! Comfortable lounge areas and a Cafe added to my pleasurable experience. I've been to many car dealerships, but this one is in a league of it's own!

Wife took car in for a scheduled oil change appointment. First, told it would take an hour and a half, then two and a half hours. Mind you, this is for a maintenance for life oil change, scheduled in advance. After three hours, decided to stop by and found that they hadn't even started the work on the car! Then it was rushed in, upon completion, found oil on the steering wheel and interior. Honestly, afraid to look under the hood.

After scheduling an appointment withing a few days and at a time convenient for me, I received several text's as reminders. Ann (service agent) had my info ready when I drove in and kept me informed of the repairs progress. I live out of town, so I waited for the repair in the dealership's lounge (variety of chairs and tables and WiFi). Work was completed ahead of schedule and done well, so I am ready for my upcoming hunt.
