Lot's of lies, hard to tell what was true. Got me to replace some things that didn't fix the check engine light I came in for, got me to pay a lot of money for unnecessary work. Took over three weeks to do the work on my car after saying it would take three days, leaving me homeless and living out of a tent. He blocked my number or something and I could only get a hold of the shop by calling from friend's phones. Every day they said my car would be ready the by the next day, for three weeks. Don't trust these people, would not recommend to anyone.

This place if I could would get 10 stars. We had new tires put on our Rav last week at Discount Tires, in Tucson, they recommended us to Brake Masters on Valencia Road in Tucson for the alignment. We went there they couldn’t complete our alignment, as their exscuse was we needed new adjustment arms as our were rusted. So we came here, which we should have came here to begin with, were able to get the alignment done, with no issues with the adjustment arms. Thanks Total Car Care for getting our Rav done and not trying to overcharge us for stuff that didn’t need to be done.

I got to work last night and found a nail/tack in my tire and my friend said to go to Total Car Care. I went in this morning and they were so busy also. I explained my situation to Josh because I live 15 miles away and had no one to pick me up if I left it. I had to be at work at 4:30 PM and he was able to fit me in real quick to have it removed and plugged. They totally made my day and I will definitely be back. Excellent customer service, which is hard to come by today. I really depend on my car like everyone, but today would’ve been so hard for me if they hadn’t helped me out. Thank you so much Josh, and the Total Car team.🥰👍

The owner is very informative.

Josh at Total Care Car saved the day for me. My car broke down, so I turned to Hyundai for assistance, as I was driving a Santa Fe. The local dealer said they could not service my car for 2 months. Not knowing anyone from Green Valley AZ , I randomly walked into Total Care Car, and Josh treated me like a we were best of friends. He diagnosed my car , which needed a new engine, and replaced it in a couple of days. Truly remarkable. Small town personal service , with big city results.
