Wearing a size 14 wide, it's rare to walk into a store that has even 1 shoe to try on. From the time i walked into the store to when i left the girl who helped me was quick, friendly, good humor, and provided me with 3 options, which 2 of them were worth taking home. The first option was like walking on a cloud with too much spring. Picked the best one, and she swiped my card, and i was on my way.

Walked into the store picked up at least five different pairs of shoes. Waited patiently for at least 10 minutes. At first, there was just one employee assisting a customer.
2 more employees showed up as I continued to wait … nobody said hello…welcome … or we will be with you in a moment. Nothing absolutely nothing. You can answer the phone, but you can’t acknowledge my presence. That was a quick $500 saved. I’ll shop somewhere else.Worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time. I ended up walking out of the store.
