We like going to this locally owned collectible/card shop. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. We’ve got quite a few items, including a autographed jersey at this location. They also have the option to host a birthday party at the shop. I thought this was pretty cool and the kids were super excited. If you’re looking for a great place to get honest opinions, and suggestions highly recommend them.

We had an awesome time at Grail Collectibles today! We celebrated our son's 8th birthday at the shop. Chris, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. He put together personalized gift bags for all 10 kids (his idea!) The kids loved "wheeling and dealing" with him after they opened their packs. There seriously aren't enough words to describe how awesome this place is. Great selection of Pokemon and sports cards. Super clean and welcoming. Awesome spot, can't wait to get back there! Ive been buying/trading cards here for quite some time and I have to say whatever has happened with this card shop, chances are they'll never get my business again. Idk the names of the employees but a guy wearing glasses is about the most ignorant and ungrateful employee I've ever seen in a business anywhere little own at a card shop. As an avid collector of all cards I expect the employee to help out when asking questions and actually give me advice on certain cards which he doesn't. Everytime I ask to look at a card I have to ask roughly 4 or 5 times then it's like he is put out and off taken just because I'm asking to checkout a card in the case. When ive asked to look at binders I'll get remarks stating "nothing is really in them" on top of that instead of giving me 80% on my trades he don't come close to that. He's pricing his cards at inflation pricing higher then the retail but offering them under what I paid for that card or item I do understand it's a business but being an arrogant, disrespectful human when I've given them 10s of thousands of dollars over the time frame ive been going. I mainly do sport stuff but I seen a very friendly customer wanting to buy pokemon cards not long ago and the way that customer was treat I ended up walking out and not purchasing the item I came to get or find a card I wanted and left with nothing for that reason. I truly prefer going to a shop that respects the customer and put there needs ahead because thats who keeps the stores in business. Ive actually got told by him they "sold a card" or "didn't have a card" that they did have that I ended up buying from a different employee who was just as arrogant when the guy with the glasses walked away. I advise anyone buyer beware the way they have been treating customers is actually stomach turning idk If I'm ever willing to go back but we never know.

I just began collecting Pokemon cards 2 months ago and this by far is my favorite card shop in the area. JT, Ivan, and Chris have been super helpful in assisting me every time I come in and give me reasonable prices compared to other shops.

This was my first visit. I came in and bought some UltraPro Toploaders and 3 Crown Zenith Mini Tins. I thought it seemed like a good place for Pokemon collectors until I got home and noticed the Mini Tins are resealed. None of them have the dotted line in the plastic. I plan on bringing them back tomorrow for a refund. We'll see how that visit goes.

i had recently bought 2 elite trainer boxes and i originally thought they were fake because we did not get a promo card and unfortunately not a lot of hits but the owner chris helped me and said i got an error box from the factory and that the particular boxes we got are known for not having the greatest hits. they are very willing to help out and i appreciated the service greatly

Beware of buying cards on their website. I had seen a very nice Misty's Gyarados, for a super great price and decided to pull the trigger on the purchase. When the card arrived at my home it DID NOT match the card that was displayed on the website(condition wise). I understand that all sales are final and I should have done my due diligence to go down to the store and see the card for myself, but cards shown on the website should absolutely match what is sent out. The first photo posted is what was on the website and the second photo is what I received. I'll never buy online from them again.

Visited today for the first time and had a great experience. The guy working went out of his way to make my son feel welcome even though it was really busy, answered all of his questions, and just generally gave him a really awesome experience for someone just getting into Pokemon TCG. Will absolutely be back.
