Nice place to venture to when you are out and about. Convenient location and easy access. I was pleasantly surprised when i was walking through and noticed it was cleaner than most plazas

I’m not sure how I’d rate a plaza that I never knew had a name but rather individual businesses.
One thing I’d like to question is why on a weekday are there so many cars parked by the dry cleaners behind the gas station and the former karate business? I believe the karate place is still vacant. Something’s going on.
My only concern about it is when I’m headed out of the plaza past the Mexican restaurant and just about to pass behind the gas station it’s kind of a blind turn and a tight one with traffic coming from Ray Rd. If those vehicles where not occurring all the parking spots I’d feel safer. I do take that turn with caution however I can’t say the same with opposing traffic.

Everytime I stop here to get water, I treat myself to a nice. The place is always busy, the customer service is absolutely wonderful, everybody is always so kind. I say they should get 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s

It's your typical strip center. They do have a Water N' Ice and a nice gas station on the corner that offers USPS services as well as a reasonable selection on snacks and other auto related items. This specific shopping center plaza is location on the southeastern corner of Val Vista and Ray Roads. There is also a animal hospital, driving school (which looked to be now hiring in case anyone was interested in it) and what looked like a few other shops. It isnt the easiest shopping center on the whole planet to navigate, but it isnt also the worst shopping center every designed. We went later in the evening to the water and ice, and the rest of the shopping plaza wasn't insanely crowded. In fact it looked like half of the stores or shops were closed for the business day, the water and ice was a little on the busy side. The probably has to do with the enormous candy selection and the great selection of Thrifty Ice Cream not really found anywhere else in Arizona, at least to my knowledge. There were plenty of spaces available for us to use while we were there for our trip to water and ice.
