Easy check-in, fast and friendly customer service. Rooms were clean. Area was quiet, easy to fall asleep, woke up right around check out and they were really cool about letting us take our time. Great experience five stars

After I posted this review I was slightly bummed because even though we checked out we asked a little later if we could utilize the pool and they denied us however it's not going to affect my five stars I just want to add this to the review to explain the whole experience.
Explanation: we are locals to this town and it was really hot and we really wanted to go swimming and the establishment advised us that they couldn't say yes to us because if they said yes to us they'd have to say yes to everybody which we understood although we were disappointed. But again this is not going to affect the five-star review that I have given this hotel as it just has to be something that we understand regardless and we were already checked out at this point.

We're primarily interested in sleep quality and cleanliness on road trips. Price is also a consideration. Gila Bend Lodge was about a third less than the BW. The beds were very comfortable, and the unit was clean and well-heated. The road through Gila Bend carries a lot of truck traffic, but our unit was in the back, so it was pretty quiet. This side of the road is also about a block away from the railroad tracks, so there is less train noise. I didn't have any trouble sleeping.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Price was cheap, room was VERY clean, everything in it was brand new. Favorite was the fuzzy warm blanket on the bed, as it was chilly. Quiet place. Thank you for the great stay!

On out way back from California , as night approaches we dedided to stay in gila bend again. Out usual motel was booked as per the gola bend reservation after hour. This place said only one room and double bed available. That wouldn't work, but after looking at parking lot it was very empty so we went in to check| Plenty of rooms available, we got the one floor building. 128 clean and peaceful for our one night stay. We would stay here again in future. Fyi. Dont believe the reservation line when you call . Just drop in

Positive: "" Negative: The room was not clean and there was a foul odor. It was necessary to open the doors and windows and spray Vanilla scented Febreze to tame the smell. I could hear loud Snoring noises through the walls all night long.

We have stayed at Gila Bend Lodge several times over recent years and have been happy with each experience. But last night for the first time, we were assigned to a room in the new, recently remodeled building. Wow. Everything was brand new, lovely, operational, clean and very comfortable, for a great price. Just fabulous! Caveat: bring your own amenities.

Great staff member. Checked us in with ease after hours.
Room was - well worth the inexpensive stay. Work up to the smell of cigarette smoke though and that was distasteful. Convenient location to food, Tesla chargers and the interstate.
The bed is rock hard lol and the pillows are ok.
For the budget friendly price of admission I’d do it again.
