This shopping center, at the corner of 7th Street and Glendale, checks off all the boxes! Anchored by an amazing Safeway (think gourmet plus), an impressive variety of eateries, AND a great mix of Shops, you'll be the hero of your household and the "go-to" of the office crew!

And try not to fall in love with the shaded parking Safeway cleverly uses to support their solar energy system - it's delightful!

So far I have only visited the Pei Wei and Safeway stores in this Plaza. I may consider expanding my business to at least the Subway and possibly the dentist office here. Not too much else seems to be of much interest to me.

I stopped by MVM, Madison Village Marketplace, now referred to as MVM (I actually hate typing) and I blame it on Janis Rose who sat next to me in typing class. She was so cute and was always distracting me.
Anyways, this is a nice plaza. Many, many different stores to choose from lunches to dinners and grocery shopping all in the same place.
And as I always say be careful and use your directional signals on your car, they are there for a reason, when entering and leaving MVM for everyone's safety.
I will see all my fans the next time I am at MVM.

I love shopping at the Safeway here, they usually have everything I need. This past trip I was asked by another patron to buy food for them and their child that was in the basket. She asked if I would purchase all the food she had in the basket for her she didn’t want money just the food. There seems to be an issue with panhandling there that it’s just getting worse.

Quite a variety of shops along here from haircuts, to pool supplies, to workouts, to a few fast and cheap eating places. Really close to a nice Safeway with friendly staff! Also has some covered parking in Safeway lot!

This is a very friendly, well-run grocery. It's very clean, you can be assured that the carts and surfaces are sanitary and that social distancing is observed. Safeway may not always have the best price (thus 4 stars not 5) but this location has the best customer service.
