Customer service here is non-existent. I went to put some water in my cup & the guy working told me I couldn’t use my outside cup (an insulated cup). I said “I’m just getting some water, it’s hot outside.” He was like “Nope.” How you gonna deny someone water in this hot Arizona weather?! Horrible. He was very rude.

I purchased gas earlier tonight, March 30 @ approximately 11pm on pump #7. An African American associate was on duty. Deep skin tone. Roughly 6'3" and thin. Underbite. Olive green jacket. He failed to print my receipt. I told him I needed it for business purposes. He still did not print it. After pumping my gas, I went back. Let him know I need him to try to print the receipt again. That it was imperative. He didn't print the receipt. Then said he could take a picture of my transaction on the cash register screen. Then he went on to give excuses as to why I could not have my receipt. I let him know I wasn't there for excuses. Then asked if he would take a picture of the screen as he had offered earlier. He then refused and told me to have a good night in a dry manner. Then he refused to give me his first name. This man went out of his way to make my night harder and refused to help me in any way. I am disappointed and perturbed by the whole situation.

Dirty/gross pumps and oily/disgusting asphalt -- I wish I had gloves to use... Also very sketchy people lurking all around. It felt like drug deals were going on around me.

Dirty and not open 24 hours. went to get some water since it was 1:58am and just to be sure i search the hours of operation which also said 24 hours and when i got there the door was locked and there was a man on the phone learning on the counter acting like he didnt hear anyone that the door and came close to the window and said they were closed. why are they still in business when they are false advertising?

Just had the worst customer experience of my life at this establishment. All over a broken pump and the refusal of 'Garry' to call some fix it or provide me with ownership and/or manager contact information to discuss the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. First there was 'no problem' with the pump (it froze after putting in card information), then 'I'm not a mechanic... I don't know how it works', then it was 'oh it never processed your card information (cause now he is a mechanic and know how it works). Didn't understand why I was getting upset at his blatant refusal to provide manager information. Actually used the phrase 'you people always come in here and yell' to me... a black man. And asked me at one point if I was planning on 'shooting him' over this (very sarcastically). At the end, nothing got fixed. He still refused to do anything. Supposedly he 'called' someone earlier to fix the problem... yet refused to call them again, or provide me that number... and obviously it never got fixed. So if you MUST use this gas station. Don't swipe your card at pump #8. And if you see 'Garry' don't expect anything but trouble.

We've been waiting at the gas station for our bicycle to be picked up. The maid was polite and willing to serve me. He wanted to serve permanently and indefinitely. Please accept my sincere gratitude for taking the time to read it.

Had to pick one star just to leave a my experience . Doesn't even deserve to be in business.
It is Thursday May 24th 2018 at 3:55 pm. Just so the right so called cashier is repremanded.
Walk in to pay..... he's too busy in his personal phone call to bother acknowledging my presence.
So I just go outside to pay. I even said. "I'll just pay outside to pay so I don't disturb your personal phone call."
He still said nothing.
What a BS place of business!!!!

Bought a full tank ig gas and planned to fill my water bottle up but there's no available water. I was directed to purchase a bottled water or use a community sink(which did not look sanitary). Not happy will just go to another chevron
