This is a great place if your an oversized truck, the lot is a large lot and plenty of room for oversized equipment. If your a pilot or flying J fueler this place will give you points because their connection to the pilot network. The showers are very nice. There is about 9 showers. If you want some food you can walk across the street to the Carl’s Jr. There is a CB shop next to the Carl’s JR. To the right. As well a McDonald’s on the left.

I wish I could rate it higher, you can tell some of the staff actually tries to be helpful, the rest of the staff are just there to collect an hourly wage. This post is to highlight two employees (William and Jennifer) who go above and beyond for my partner and I almost every time we’re in. Bonnie, Tyrese and the rest of the staff are careless and unenthused, taking no urgency when an issue arises and giving under bare minimum performances. However Jennifer and William always seem to put a smile on my face when I’m in there. Whether it’s their genuine emotion or it’s the effort they display when interacting with customers, it just leaves me feeling taken care of every time. My partner and I are Juul users. We always buy two, 4-packs of their juul pods at least once a week. Juul offers a discount of $10 off the subtotal when you buy two, 4-packs but Xpress fuels system is stuck in the dark ages and NEVER recognizes the deal. So my partner and I are always stuck leaving there with a bad taste in our mouthes because we essentially feel like we just got ripped off since the $10 off deal never works. Whether it’s a system issue, a juul company issue, or a incompetent worker issue I don’t really care, if the promotion is up and advertised I expect the deal to be honored! No one, including Bonnie and Tyrese have ever gone out of their way to honor the deal for my partner and I besides William and Jennifer.

Beware. Pumped $10 worth of gas and more than a day and half later there is still a $151 pending authorization on my charge card. Ridiculous. Won’t be back.

In response to owner reply defending their actions, we pumped gas on a Saturday and today is Tuesday and the hold is still on there. I should not have to go to trouble to call Visa and get this cleared up. This is a buyer beware notice for people pumping gas at this station.

Update: It took exactly six days for the hold to be removed from my card. The manager’s comment was that “all of the gas stations do this.” We traveled for 16 days and went to probably 30 different gas stations and no one charged more than $1 for pre-authorization.

New well designed truck stop with huge easy accessed parking, clean restrooms and showers, Trucker Burger restaurant and professional staff. What else poor truck driver can wish?!

11/10 this truck stop is allowing eloy pd to go in at the parking are , and do level 1 inspection disrupting our 10 hr sleep time . The cop goes around and if he sees you awake he will start an inspection. This truck stop does not care for truckers.

The showers are good and the lounge is nice on a hot day, however the parking lot is too dark. You can drop a body on the ground and leave unnoticed.
