"We recently purchased an RV from NIRV in Phoenix, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Our sales representative, Mr. T, went above and beyond to ensure the RV met our expectations. He even lent us his personal car to buy groceries during our stay, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Given were from out-of-state, Mr. T's airport pickup and hospitality were greatly appreciated. We camped for couple of nights in their site and he ensured our comfort throughout. Not only he’s knowledgeable in his field but a kind hearted person who truly cares for his customers. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The RV technician, Koh, and service advisor, Steve, were outstanding. Koh did our walk through & orientation, his attention to detail was impressive. Being a first time motor coach he informed us all the safety tips, the do’s and dont’s to keep our RV in great condition. Koh took care of every minor detail to get our RV ready for the road. Steve also made sure the parts needed to be replaced were Taken of. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident.

The financial Officer, Susan was also amazing. Her expertise and assistance made the financing process smooth and easy. She offered us their exceptional extended warranty which we are so glad we availed.

We highly recommend NIRV Phoenix for a hassle-free RV buying experience. Their mission statement is reflected in their work ethics. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about customers. Five stars isn't enough – we'd give them twelve stars if we could!"

I purchased a new Forrest River Sunseeker 3010DSF today from NIRV in Surprise AZ. The entire experience was delightful. Our salesman, TC, was extremely knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with us answering our questions. He put together a very fair deal in my opinion and made the transaction easy. Susan Garcia was the financial officer that did the paper work and she was sharp, organized and ready when we picked it up. I had a very positive experience at NIRV.

5 Stars for sure. The end of March, 2025, I was on vacation in Arizona. I'd been looking for a specific class B van for a while. One happened to pop up for sale at NIRVC in Arizona right before my trip. I set up an appointment with salesman T. (yes, just T), test drove the van, had a pre-sale RV inspection, then negotiated the price and purchased. This whole process was easy and fun; no tactics of intimidation or manipulation at all!! T and the whole team were very helpful and accommodating with all my requests and needs. Everyone from sales, financing, RV tech and reception were very friendly and supportive. It was like no other vehicle purchasing process I'd been through before. Thank You NIRVC, T Cunningham, and the whole crew for helping me start my great next adventure with joy!

Unfortunately, I can't give these scam artists 0 stars. We shopped for our new RV at NIRVC partially based on all the great reviews. Unfortunately, our experience has been an ongoing going saga of lies, deception and poor service. If you are dealing with this group it is definitely "buyer beware".

Fortunately, we hired an independent inspector for the coach we purchased as the NIRVC "94 Point Inspection" wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Our sales person agreed to repair the 22 biggest issues with the coach. He also agreed to replace all batteries and tires that were more than 3 yrs old. NIRVC had 3 weeks to make the repairs. When we picked up the coach, only two of the repairs were completed, one chassis battery and one tire replaced. The house batteries were 7 years old and not replaced, despite the contract. We were told they were "load tested".

After several more trips to NIRVC (2 1/2 hours each way) plus another two weeks of NIRVC "repairs" we still don't have a working coach. We've left voicemails, emails and text messages for the service manager, salespeople and sales manager. No one has bothered to return our calls. We are now stuck in a parking lot in this absolute lemon of an RV, waiting for roadside assistance... NIRVC's shoddy repairs failed.

We made a very costly mistake buying a coach from this company. If you are considering a purchase from NIRVC, make sure you have roadside assistance and a really good RV repair shop lined up. You are going to need them.

We have stored our RV here for almost two years and are very impressed by the level of service and professionalism of the staff. On one terribly hot day we were getting ready to head out in our Class A. Long story short, a few minutes after we started working on things, a golf cart shows up and a gentleman comes and brings us two bottles of cold water. What a lovely touch, which shows you how much they appreciate and care for their customers.

The service area is equally kind and attentive. We highly recommend them for any service needed.

We are so impressed with the team of people that helped put us in the Jayco Redhawk unit of our choice! T and John in sales, Eric in service and Susan in finance were all very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process!

Our RV journey started over a year ago and honestly, my wife and I did not know what we did not know. We walked into the NIRVC lobby on a Saturday in early 2023 meeting with Allen Ehmann and spent the entire afternoon looking at Class B and Class C models. We researched other manufacturers but decided that a Coachmen Class B provided the most benefits for how we imagined using the coach. Fast forward to March 2024, we just took delivery of our Coachmen Galleria. Allen's RV expertise, our financing experience with Susan and the delivery walk-through Carlene/Lyn created a great purchase experience at NIRVC and I highly recommend them for your next RV purchase. We leave on our first road trip from AZ to Michigan on Thursday, fingers crossed.

They are not open until 6pm. They close at 5pm. Drove over 100 miles to get parts for them to be closed when we arrived at 5:20pm. Was told maybe if you come back we will repay you for fuel. Yeah I’m sure for $40 in parts you’re gonna give me $80 in fuel. What a joke.
