Had the pleasure of stopping in today for a tour and had a fantastic time. Everyone we saw was so happy, welcoming, highly professional and obviously skilled. The quality control and level of expertise was impressive to see- we learned so much! It was a big deal to receive a personal tour and we loved every minute. Everyone from the workers on the floor to the Boss was patient and kind. Thank you TYR for making high quality goods that keep your customers safe and we can't wait to use the items purchased on the way out!

The gear is great quality but the 11 month lead times and poor customer service experience will drive you somewhere else unless you just have to have TYR.

No issue with the gear so far, but the long lead time and CS leaves a lot be desired. Placed an order for around $500 and delivery was over 3 months. The order came in with a $20 coupon on my next order, only problem is it didn't work and despite contacting them 4 times over a period of weeks, no resolution. I understand they have big government contracts and my business is not important to their bottom line. Moving on, taking my business elsewhere.

It’s long since my interview but I will say whomever does HR, doesn’t do a solid job. I came prepared with a presentation and copies of it for reference with ideas on the company’s growth. She rushed me through the process and basically said we’ll let you know. From the beginning she did not have the time set aside for me and I did not genuinely feeling like my thoughts, ideas and passion for the company were every cared about. She did take my ideas with her possibly using for her her own credit. This was sad for me because I was excited and ready to contribute to what I originally thought was a great company. Lastly, I never heard from anyone in the company.

Took my Navy master at arms friend here the other day to potentially buy some gear and was immediately ushered out for an unknown reason. Had a boy come up to me claiming he was the owner and to get the “f off my property” as I was already leaving in the first place. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere and have you guys reported to the BBB.

I submitted a job application to this company and called as soon as I could to speak with a hiring manager to let them know I had applied to an open position.

The first call was one second long as I had been immediately hung up on.

The second call gave me a person who when I asked to speak with a hiring manager, told me they would transfer me. Once I was transferred I waited a moment or two before being sent straight to voicemail.

The third and fourth calls sent me straight to an answering machine.

I'm incredibly displeased with how this situation was handled and will absolutely look elsewhere for employment.

I have been wanting to purchase items from TYR for a while, on a random whim I had the ability to pop in to the business, front desk reception professional and courteous, I was then provided with fitting for my gear and was given excellent advise and instruction for exactly what I wanted to purchase. I am going to recommend TYR to friends and family.
