The items are defective. I realize this is a risk you take with places like this But I feel ripped off.. and I remember asking the lady when I did see an item that was missing pieces in the pack and she wouldn't adjust the price at all or help me find the pieces which are probably at the bottom of the bin. And she said no
In addition to my frustrations with this rice cooker that's not working. My daughter bought a spa kit and it was supposed to have many pieces. At least 50% or more were missing none of the nail polish or other manicure items were there and that was the whole point of the item. And the box was sealed with additional packing tape so you know the owner knew and just decided to do that anyway to sell it knowing it's missing a bunch of the product. Pretty shady imo. Imagine buying one of those more pricey items at the side of the store like the espresso machines are expensive. Vacuums and then having it not work like this. RIP OFF/ SCAM ARTISTS

Thought I would try this store out again and yet again I'm done shopping here. So this is not a true bins store, the good items the owner the light skinned Hispanic woman, will cherry pick items and put them on the outer shelves at much higher prices. Or, if she sees some item you either scanned yourself or she notices is worth more she will cherry pick your items while you check out, especially on the cheaper priced days, and then she will tell you it's 50 or 100 dollars etc. .. Also, beware as none of the items have been checked whatsoever and I have purchased broken garbage numerous times and even a taped up soiled on, memory foam pillow that seemed fine at first glance, disgusting right? Disgusted is what i am with this place, I will be moving on to other bins stores and thrift stores etc...

The lady working on Sunday was very rude. Sum stuff was not worth 5 bucks. The items outside were ready for trash. I went last year and the store was better organized. They had clothing for 1 dollar and items for 3 and 5. Disapointed.

Honest review:
The place is cool.... you find returns from Amazon, Khols etc.... however check items as they can be damaged and or missing pcs
Some finds are great and depending on the day you go.
However the mexican older dark skinned lady who works on the weekends in the afternoons is not the greatest worker. She is dishonest and steals from her boss. I have caught her several of times taking items and hiding them behind the register or next to a big couch by the register and saying customers can't take those items and she later buys them at a cheaper price. She also hides and holds items for her friends and does the same for them. This is the 2nd time she charges me in cash and leaves items behind which I then go to tell her she left it behind and conveniently she doesn't recall and states u paid cash and we don't offer receipts for cash so... i will inform the owner and have her get back to you after she checks the cameras. I asked for the owners phone number and she refused. She insisted on telling her herself and didn't even want me buying the item and instead waiting because she wanted to take it. I insisted and paid the higher price due to her slip up.( her forgetting to put my item in the cart was her fault and leaving it by the couch) so even though i checked on Sunday she refused to have me pay the $5 & said $8 + tax and card fees because it was by her stash of items. She overall is very un trustworthy and ripped me off not once or twice but 3 times. Watch out ask for a recipe, count your items, check them, and just keep your ears and eye opened. It's unfortunate because I don't even think the owners know what she does. If not handled, accordingly I plan on reporting to the county for taxes fraud and not reporting everything.

One of my favorite places to shop. They have lots of discounted items from Target and Amazon. Most are brand new or open box. A big variety household items, clothes, toys and more. With one child moving to the college and another into their own place we have frequented this store often. Owners are always helpful getting me a cart or bag for my items and loading bigger items into my car for me.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SURPRISE BINS! All the ladies who work there are so sweet and helpful. I love treasure hunting here it's a lot of fun and the prices are fantastic! 5 stars for sure 🙂

Verify products before purchasing. They won't refund or exchange, regardless of if your purchased product is missing components or is faulty. In my case, I have purchased a few products that were either missing pieces or just outright didn't work, including two diffusers and a portable bluetooth speaker, among other things.

Despite this, most products are functional, I'd say 50 to 1, and the amount of money you'll save shopping here will greatly outweigh any mishaps. This store is a hidden gem.

Place is really tiny. You can get luck with some items but it is true about the owner increasing the price when an item looks a bit valuable. They also do not clean the bins. Items from a week ago were still there and there were some adult toys and items and underwears so it was a bit disgusting tbh. I suggest wearing gloves.
