It is a military hub, not a mall. Cant get good stores to move in and there is that old lady that has been there for years. Time for her to go. She is nasty to many locals and thinks she is the mall police. It was great when first opened and then glen martin took it over and ran it into the ground and now well it ain't worth being called a mall.

This is probably a typical Alaskan mall. It's not large and it doesn't have major tenants, but it has what the town needs. Expect shops to close during bathroom and lunch breaks. They have a great ice machine in the parking lot for campers, fishermen, and RVers.

I was there to shop at Bearly Threaded Quilting. I think that store is going to breathe new life into the mall. The Firehouse BBQ is awesome!

Some good businesses here.
Worth checking them out. They do come and go a bit over time but overall I usually find something I want/need at one of them.
