Purchased a sign, they failed to deliver a quality product, came up with excuses after excuse. Brought a cheap hollow metal letter product that was wrapped with a poorly printed vinyl and in no way represented our brand image. Charged us $4000 and promised to return the money within 15 days. 9 months later - after a lot of grace - we are having to sue them to get our money back. They failed to honor the contract they provided and Julie came up with every excuse in the book as to why she couldn't deliver our sign or return our money... Caveat Emptor - I would not recommend doing business here.
