Me and my daughter stopped in just browsing and were shopping for nothing in particular. My daughter saw where you could make custom hats and Lilly stepped in and offered some great ideas and helped us create the perfect designs. She was so incredibly patient, sweet, and fun to work with. We wound up leaving with two custom hats that we are so excited about. Awesome shopping experience!

I’ve been in this store in the past and never had any issues but the last two times the customer service was horrible. I went in a few weeks ago and the girl working acted like it was an inconvenience to even ask a question. Today me and my daughter pull up and walk to the door and it was 8 minutes before closing and they turned the lights off in our face at the door and closed early. We knew what we were going for and planned to be out in two minutes but she cut the lights off early so we couldn’t come in. I’ve spent so much money at this Store in the past, but will never step foot back in there again!
