Had a great experience, always have with Quick lane, mechanics are like car salesman, when you find the honest one you have to stick with them. The manager Lee is an outstanding with helping you, I'm telling you business starts with the front line, and they don't make em like this guy anymore people! Outstanding job too on the mechanics part, fair prices and mostly importantly took great care of the vehicle. Needless to say y'all come on by, don't think twice I'll see ya there cause I'll definitely be back when needed!

The manager used to have a shop in Clanton, and always treated me extremely well. When I messaged him about tires, he was quick to respond with price, and time frame. The price was great for top notch tires, top notch and expedient work, and the folks were all friendly. I'll be back, for sure.

I visited this establishment on the morning of 9/21/2024. I’ve been here numerous times before and I’ve never had any real issues or concerns. On this day, I arrived at 6:56am and was 3rd in line. Simple oil change and tire rotation. I had never encountered the heavyset guy at the front desk before and I’ll ensure that I never will again. He was very short with everyone and just had an overall demeanor as though he didn’t want to be there. A kind of “I’m doing you a favor” type of attitude. Whatever. I’m aware that I will have to wait about an hour or so and I’m okay with that. I sit down by the door and bide my time. Watching new customers come in. I watch the technicians pull the 1st and 2nd customer’s cars. My car is still in the lot. No problem. They pull the 4th customer car. My car is still in the lot. Cool. I’m assuming that my car will be taken soon. I literally start to watch these people pull cars of customers that had came in well after me. 6th and 7th. Not cool. So I ask the heavyset rude guy, what determines the order of service. “Oh well, the technicians pull randomly and I only have 3 technicians.” What? Randomly you say. Okay. So, I advised him that the Pathfinder that they just pulled from the lot literally came in 30 mins after me. He did not care. Had an “it is what it is” attitude. Okay. Run me my keys. I went to the oil change place right across the street. Received a tire rotations as well. Both me and my vehicle were treated like valued customers. They got me in, was extremely friendly, and got me out. Long Lewis, you do not have to concern yourself with my service any longer. Do better. Also, just to “randomly” mention. At Long Lewis, I was the only non-caucasian there so not sure if that was a part of that “randomness” that day. Peace.

First time I’ve used Quick Lane and I’m very satisfied. I was needing an oil change and new tires because I was fixing to be going out of town . I dropped my truck off at 7:70am and they called at 9:00am and said it’s ready for pickup. The staff is very nice and friendly. The turnaround time for the service was absolutely amazing, especially when your expecting to hear it will be ready late this afternoon. I highly recommend using Quick Lane.
