I was absolutely infatuated with living at the Village at Caldwell Mill Apartments. It's a wonderful place to reside. Living at the Village at Caldwell Mill has been an absolute joy! The Apartment is not just a place to stay. It's a home that exudes comfort and style. Also most important the management was great. Cayce and Haley always has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was accommodated. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS 🤗

My parents moved into building 2875 in the '90s when they first moved to Birmingham. I have nothing but good memories growing up here in the few years we lived here. And my wife & I moved into building 2875 in 2021, after getting married & moving back to Birmingham. Now, we have nothing but good memories from our first few years of marriage.

The Village is a great location; we love the area. The apartments are pretty, multiple neighbors turned into friends, we never had noise issues, & we loved our 2b/2b floor plan. Joseph was a huge help when we moved in, Cayce was a massive help when we moved out, & Travis (and the whole maintenance staff) were always quick to help, fix issues, & were always extremely nice. We've moved but genuinely miss the community already.

Issues: some dog owners don't pick up after their dogs; it's hard to "poo-lice" that behavior but they try. We tried to get the culprits on camera a few times but couldn't get a good ID. Our A/C unit had multiple issues, multiple times; while frustrating, they made sure we had equipment to keep the apartment cool & did their best to fix the issue. We never had bug issues on the 2nd floor.

My only complaints are minor or purely personal preference. I enjoyed my time at The Village, felt that management & the on-site staff worked hard to take care of us, & hope others can have the same experience.

The application process is a joke. You pay $75 app fee. You will not be shown a vacant apartment. Because the agent said she didn’t have any to show! First RED FLAG! Then there is old mattress and junk outside of the Dumpster! Then there is a foul smell of dog 💩all around the complex!Then they wait till they have 6 more applications before they actually start the approval process! So they can determine who has the best application! Instead of going with the first application they will hold your application for 2 or 3 days before they give you a determination! What an AWEFUL PROCESS!!! And I might add it is not a CLEAN property!

Phenomenal place to live! Facilities are clean and up to date; staff is pleasant to work with- quick to respond to needs and friendly as well! This complex is close to everything while being just out of the way. Shout out to Cayce Snow for making our departure smooth!

The best apartment experience I have ever had! Not only is the office staff kind, they are always quick to get you an answer when you have questions. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well. Wouldn't recommend living anywhere else in the Birmingham area!

I loved living in this cozy little complex! I am a past tenant because I moved to their other property 4700 Colonnade but I loved living at The Village of Caldwell Mill! It is such a cute and quaint complex. It is great because even though I moved to 4700 I am still working with the same staff that works at The Village. I love how friendly the staff is and how convenient these complexes are! I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment at Village and it was so spacious and cozy. I still can’t believe how much storage space we had! The maintenance team was always very helpful and considerate when I had an issue.They are always looking out for what is best for the people that live there! Thank you for all that y’all do!

AN APARTMENT THAT FEELS MORE LIKE A HOME
I just can not brag enough about my home! From the large green grassy areas to the bright colorful flowers, my apartment feels more like a home than it does an apartment. After coming from a 5,000 sq. ft. home in an affluent community, looking for apartments in the Birmingham area placed me in a shock mode until I found the Village at Caldwell Mill. The community itself is so very quaint and quiet and the grounds themselves is so much like a home. The breezeways are huge and always so immaculately clean and unlike all others, there is a vast amount of available parking without feeling that my life is being spent on hard asphalt. My pool feels so very private and is always so very clean and decorated so well with containers of such beautiful flowers. I have a large food pantry in my kitchen, a built in microwave, all brand new stainless steel appliances and a large private laundry room with its own door, just as I am accustomed to in my previous large home. My bedrooms are large and my walk-in closets are huge. My dining room is one-of-a-kind for this area and I actually have my beautiful formal dining room table, 8 formal chairs, my curved beveled china cabinet and two very large paintings of my children in it. My home has a ton of windows just like this Florida lady loves and I actually have two huge storage units off of my very large deck , which I absolutely love and which is unknown for in this area. The management is great and the community manager, Casey, is so willing to please, always so punctual and so very delightful to work with. I am often told that my home is magazine ready and I must say that it is thanks to the Village at Caldwell Mill. I must admit, I love driving in to my home, seeing the bright green grassy areas, the beautiful red tulips in bloom, the immaculately rolled pine straw bordered beds and seeing my large entry way to my front door. When I open my front door and see my beautiful spacious home, every day I am reminded just how happy that I am that this is my home!

I love my apartment and the whole complex of Village at Caldwell Mill. The best features are: open floor plan; lots of light throughout; separate
laundry room; two bedrooms at opposite ends, with two large walk-in closets; two good-sized bathrooms and lots of storage place on the nice
patio ! The staff is very friendly and always eager to help with whatever one needs. The look of the complex is so much nicer than anything else
I visited and it's kept up very neatly. Very happy I moved here 5 months ago.
