I am glad I came to this location. They pulled up within id say 5minutes in the lot. I was searching a good vehicle for my Wife around a good price range and MaTT is the one who helped me with Just that. We test drove 2 vehicles There. The manager Provided good customer service.The finance manager provided good customer service. Everyone was cool people. Definitely a good location that’s willing to help you if you’re looking to purchase a Vehicle.

I went to look at new Tacoma,
I left driving it home.
Wasn't any high pressure, no one followed us (my wife and I) around the lot.

#1 mistake a dealership makes is the pressure and hounding the potential customer!
In my opinion that is a deal breaker!

When I say I'm not interested in hearing anything about financing, once I say that I'm done discussing or outright NO to making payments and pushing an extended warranty!
No means No move along!

I would recommend the dealership if you are interested in a vehicle.
Try them first!

Everybody at this dealership has a wonderful attitude. My salesman, Matt, ask what I wanted and what my needs were for a vehicle. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. We found a good used car and at the price I could afford. No hassles whatsoever! I will be sending my entire family here just because of the wonderful service I received, not only from Matt, Noah, Tyler, Summer, Jordan and Paige, but also from the service department. I couldn’t pick up my car until it was fully checked, serviced with new tires and fully detailed Y’ALL!! And yes, I may not know the job titles of each of those people, but I know that I was greeted and had full conversations with each one of them that I named. That’s rare. I’ve been to plenty of places where it’s all about the sale. Everyone was helpful in their own way. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I came to look at a used car I had found on their website that was within my budget. I was very happy with the test drive in that car, and planned to buy it.

After talking to my salesman, Russell, and asking more questions than were necessary, explaining to him every one of my concerns, then making him take me on four or five test drives of the other used cars in my price range, he showed me that my budget was not very far off something brand new just as something I should think about. I then asked so many questions that I was getting on my own nerves by the end of it. Everyone there was patient and focused on making sure I was comfortable and that I understood every step of the process.

I'll definitely be back to look for my next vehicle when it comes time!

Very easy and seamless process. Summer (our associate) took amazing care of us. She was punctual for our appointment, kind, empathetic, and just a genuine ray of sunshine. She was honest, transparent, and upfront about any little caveats of our used vehicle, history, and purchase. After being jerked around by other dealerships for months, it was refreshing to walk into a place where the employees care, and are not just trying to make a sale. They want to help find the right fit, which is the way we like to do business. We will be back in the future. Thank you so much Summer & team. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR HERE. DO NOT COME HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I recently purchased a used 2021 Malibu from here on 08/24/24. Turns out the car was hit at some point and was sold damaged thus leaving me with a $4,000 repair bill to fix all the damage on the front end from the previous owners that was not noticed by this dealership. Tyler, the service and sales manager, swears that the car did not have damage before leaving the lot and does not have any inspection records of any damage. But just to tell you how great of an inspection team they have, the oil mileage and air filter life reminders had to be reset as soon as arriving home with the Malibu due to the inspection team not doing it themselves during their “thorough” inspection after changing them. I have no plans to return to this dealership but do have plans to tell everyone I know how terrible the service was that received after giving this business our money. I would give absolutely zero stars if that was an option. Please just save your money and go to a different dealership! I added photos and the quote I got from a Chevy dealership to repair all the damage the Malibu came with!

Bailey was very knowledgeable and attentive during the process of trying to find a vehicle for my husband. She showed much confidence but didn’t hesitate to ask if she didn’t know an answer to a question we had. It was so nice not to be pressured during the process as well. All other employees we came in contact with were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was an easy and smooth process from start to finish. We even got a fair offer on our trade in first time around.
