Would have given this place 5 stars if things were labeled a little better. This is probably one of the best goodwills/thrift stores I have been to. It had gently used clothes the store smelt clean and the people were nice. I found some true gems here. Only advice I would recommend is separating sizes and labeling what is in each row.

After paying for a small dresser on the 6th of august it was sold on the 10th. I told the cashier that I’d pick it up as soon as my husband got off work earlly enough for me to pick up. She replied ok but never said anything about 24 hour time limit, and never tried to call me tried me. This has happened to me before. Manager on duty said that she talked to Cindy and they would not refund my money. .. The first time I had paid for stools and had them sittin up front and they were missing when I checked out the rest of my shopping. They were missing and they tried to say I hadn’t paid for them yet. I got me receipt and showed them. Another time I took the bottom part of the tag that was on a trunk and I asked a worker if he’d put it up front while I finished shopping, he replied “as long as you got the tag they can’t sell it. Another time I parked a buggy that I was full and told them I was still shopping and could I leave it there, she replied no problem it would be ok . When I came to check out a lot of the items were missing! They were putting it back out.i got some of it back but she had taken it back to the back. I realize
Mistakes happen but this is in excusable.

Came at 6:45pm for a specific quick purchase, doors were all locked. Guess 7pm means something different at this location.

I'm from Connecticut and I'm used to prices being high. Here in Alabama mostly everything is cheaper but this Goodwill has very high prices on shoes. A lot of the prices were very close to NEW pricing for USED shoes. As far as kitchenware and clothing that was pretty reasonably priced. I'm very disappointed in Goodwill for their greed when pricing items. The store was supposed to be helping lower income families and now they just want to squeeze every nickel out of every item that they get for FREE ?‍♂️?‍♂️

We had to stand in line at the register for a VERY long time. Apparently only one person was working at the store. We could see two women in the office sitting and chatting while the line was about 10 people deep. The cashier was great but very overwhelmed. Inexcusable!!

Goodwill has lost their dang mind on pricing lately. They have forgotten that they are a dumpster that people pay them for the privilege to dive in, not a boutique store.

I'm not knocking your mission, I think it's great, but don't you think you would make more money by selling a ton of things (that are given to you free!) at a cheap price than to let the same overpriced stuff sit in your store for months waiting for someone to buy it? I've gotten to the point where I don't even go to your store or the others in the area anymore because it's not worth it. We used to go every weekend. Better deals are at yard sales, estate sales and FB Marketplace/Buy Nothing groups.
