Ordered a bag and was sent the wrong one. Was told I’d need to pay for expedited shipping if I wanted the correct bag in time for my trip. Very disappointed that I have to pay for Mountain Outfitter’s mistake. Speaks volumes about their character as a company.

I called Mountain High and luckily got Lindsay on the phone. She was very nice and even called a store for me to make sure a hard to find item was in stock. She got back to me letting me know they had the item (1 left, a tent) and I was able to order it. Lindsay was like talking to a friend and she went out of her way to help me. She was super nice and super helpful and seemed to care that I got my item. Can't say enough good things!
