Gigi's is one of my favorites places to shop for my tween daughter! Their clothing is cute and stylish, yet age appropriate. Everyone is so helpful and kind, and we have always had a wonderful experience shopping there. The owner is so friendly and I love that she is always finding creative ways to help the community through her store.

Will not be greeted or helped unless you are the same as them. Don’t waste your time coming here service is horrible and the older lady behind the counter was only friendly to people like her. Sad cause they had cute stuff but choose to leave due being uncomfortable and not welcomed.

The employees were very nice and provided me great service. The owner on the other hand is a different story. Majority of their staff is teen girls, and the owner is a rude older lady. She treats her employees horribly. I took my daughter in there the other day and I witnessed the owner making inappropriate remarks to one of the employees that were not okay at all. She was judging her for her beliefs and for the way she looked. It’s a nice boutique but I can not support the owner.

The most important part of my review is the helpfulness of the employees. I had no idea what I was looking for and they found me exactly what I didn't know I wanted. The selection was good and the location is excellent. There's plenty of safe parking right in front of the store.
