Romarin et Corbeaux is an amazing metaphysical book store. I absolutely LOVE the friendly, welcoming atmosphere; it’s like being “home.” The shop owner is extremely knowledgeable and they carry a vast array of goodies. Romarin et Corbeaux makes it a point to support small business as well as their products are locally sourced. I was extremely pleased to find out that their products do not come from large corporations.

They are located in the small shopping center on the right after you pass the Historic Anniston sign (coming from Oxford into Anniston.) Look for the twin flame lights & rosemary!

You will not find cheaper prices or a more friendly atmosphere!

Metaphysics is philosophical: it's about explaining the fundamental nature of the world and what it means as humans to inhabit it.

I wish I had proper words to describe how much I love this store! The staff are always helpful and friendly (there's also adorable shop kitties that love to keep you company while you shop). The environment is relaxed and welcoming. Very nice selection of items! I've gone 3 times within the past month and of course I'm gonna continue to shop here any chance I get!

Such an incredible space! I loved it when it was in Oxford, but I LOVE the store in Anniston. You can tell they have put so much thought and love into constructing the store, the layout, the vibe, and it is very fun! I came in with my friends to check it out and we were welcomed and made to feel so safe 🙂 They have started doing events there, like yoga, so it isn't just a store! And of course, the cats have given it their blessing - and that's really all that matters.

Absolutely LOVE this store! Not only is it insanely beautiful inside and has a huge variety of ETHICALLY sourced products but the staff are SOOO friendly and helpful! Even when I was having to chase my roudy 3 year old boy around and tell him over and over again to keep his voice down and not to touch stuff the woman there was so kind and understanding and told us it was perfectly fine for him to gently touch and explore and enjoy himself there. That meant alot to me as a single mama that still wants to be able to get her tumble stones with a energetic toddler. Also they seem to have great deals on there crystals quite often! I feel like I could spend hours upon hours in there, defenitly worth going to check out for yourself!

This store is such a great addition to Oxford/Calhoun County. It’s technically a metaphysical store but it is so much more. It’s a one stop shop for all your spiritual needs with books, crystals, herbs, incense, tarot & oracle cards, oils, and more. You don’t have to be a witch or part of the occult to benefit from visiting here. They have a selection of soy candles and harder to find things like singing bowls as well.
They even offer services like tarot and mediumship readings from a local woman with years of experience. I love shopping local and supporting small businesses and they make it so easy. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always knowledgeable and welcoming. The environment is very welcoming and a great places to come and hang out as well, the shop cats are great company. Definitely check them out next time you’re in the area.
