The online version of this store has the worst customer service and support. Why do you even have a customer support email if it is going to go unanswered. I ordered a product back in the summer, I had to pay extra to be able to return it (what is up with that, shipping I get but return for not fitting?); I received “store credit”; however when I went to order something else, the credit disappeared. I have sent a total of 11 emails related to this for them all to go unanswered. This is very poor customer service. If you were going to keep my money, just say so.

I will never order from this company again!!

I do not recommend ordering online from this place. They do not accept exchanges so if it doesn’t fit, you need to pay their $8.99 shipping fee to return for store credit and then pay shipping for the replacement item in a new size. My mistake for ordering from a place like this with such a horrible return policy. Very disappointed.

Our daughter and granddaughter like this store, and we have been happy before. But we went to buy clothing and gift cards today, CHRISTMAS EVE, and found them CLOSED! What kind of retail store closes on Christmas Eve? Last time they ever get any of my money.
