I was treated rudely by a young man who doesn't know anything about customer service or respect for anyone. When I talked to customer service they said that they hire people for holidays and only give them a week training and put them on the floor and hope for the best. I would think in the state where Alabama College is located and the fans are Die Hard and the prices we pay to our Football team and college that they could at least find the time to put associates on the floor at there busiest time of year that could take excellent care of there Fans. I hope this review reaches the right people so this issue can be addressed.

DONT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!!!! Had a gift card that I got for Christmas and I was told that it was too old. A gift card should BE as good as cash...well apparently anywhere else. Their solution...I could have 20% off the $17 item I was purchasing with said gift card. Which would have been paid for 100% by the gift card had it not been “too old”. For the lawyers out there, no there wasn’t any fine print or expiration date on the gift card.
