Bagels are always fresh and delicious, Very good service. Lots of variety for breakfast and lunch. I come here all the time when I am in Long Beach and Atlantic Beach. I recommend you do also.

Deli counter was fine. Though I had been waiting to be served for a couple minutes after I became the only person in line. I was picking up for a friend and was under the impression it had been paid for. Asked for confirmation and the older lady at the front counter snapped back with a nasty attitude. This was the beginning of my issues. I called my friend to do the card over the phone as I hadn't brought money to pay. The lady continued to be quite nasty and even after I apologized for the inconvenience and wished her a good day she simply said "ya ok". Don't mean to make a mountain out of mole hills but for the "mom" of the business to be so nasty in my first experience I can't imagine I'll go back.

If anyone gives this place less than 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they don’t know why a good NEW YORK bagel is. Oh? You wanted something more posh? Get outa town… this place is what it’s all about. Get you bagel and get out. Amazing service and a classic ambiance. You’ll undeniably be more satisfied then you intended. That’s the American way 🇺🇸🥯💯

Food is great, but unfortunately their service was terrible the two times I went there. Both times I tried to order by phone but their line was busy. Then I decided to order through seamless pick up. Exact same story when I got there both times verbatim “we didn’t get any orders from seamless! Did you order to the wrong location?” (Which I definitely didn’t, address matched both times, in fact the first time they marked my order ready for pick up). First time I just stayed / waited for them to make the order ~15 mins. 2nd time I just gave up. I feel like this deli has a good opportunity to work on their customer service and give customers a really good experience to go along with their really good food. Best of luck guys!

Some damn good bagels. Can get very crowded and the staff can be snappy, but ignore them and get some of the best bagels and all different kinds of cream cheese. Seriously so many options. At night you can go get bags of bagels for cheap, because they would go stale.

Everytime I have been there, the staff is friendly, the bagels are fresh. They have a great selection, the prices are reasonable, and most of all, and most of all they load the cream cheese on! I love Emma! 5 stars
