Regardless of your age or the occasion, Chantilly has formals, cocktail, separates, dresses and accessories. The owner can get what you need. Try this locally owned and respected boutique....you will not go back to the chain stores!

I love it here! I came from out of town to buy a ball gown for my company party. I left with a beautiful ball gown and a couple of Sunday dresses. The staff were very attentive and nice. The young girl Jordan was so sweet. Prices were comparable to other boutiques I went in the area. Will come back!

Absolutely a perfect place when shopping for a prom dress. Ladies were very helpful in helping my very picky daughter search for the perfect dress for her. And believe me that was a task in itself. Their gowns are beautiful and very reasonable. Though at first I wasn't sure about having to buzz the door bell to get in. It was definitely worth the stop. We had looked elsewhere in Birmingham and I'm am glad we waited.

Great shopping experience. The first place we went to (and only) to find my daughter a prom dress for her Junior year. This was back In January and they were great helping us find something perfect for her. Third dress was the charm. Well Covid hit and prom was cancelled but the kids at school didnt let that stop them. Went to look for dress for daughter's sorority formal. First and last time I will ever step into that place. The owner was nasty and rude. She picked out the dress for my daughter to try on and it was not what my daughter wanted nor did it fit. The owner "allowed" us to pick out 4 additional dresses and quickly informed us that was our limit. She also said we had only 20 minutes to try them on and make a decision. We were the only ones in the store and now I understand why. I have never been in a store where you were limited to shopping and taking your time to decide--especially an empty store. The dresses the owner so boastfully prided herself carrying were from NY and made by some factory there. They were not labeled and were nothing of the quality found in stores such as Denson , Prattville Boutique or Davids, but the price tag was in the $300.00 to 400.00+ range. At this point we decided enough was enough and told her to keep her sleazy, cheap gowns and as she just lost the sale of 2 gowns. We purchased two beautiful gowns that same day at another boutique for $400.00 each and never once did anyone tell me our time was up and to either make a purchase or come back. In fact, I was told by the owner where we purchased the gown that that Chantilly Boutique has lost a lot of customers due to the rudeness and poor reception of customers by the owner. Trust me, save your time, energy, and effort and skip this place.

Bought a gorgeous black dress for my wife for a company formal. The ladies there were remarkably helpful. The alterations could have been a bit more accurate, but it’s nothing that can’t be easily fixed.
