Great value with well stocked kitchen and clean room. Close to Belleayre. Have plenty of comfortable seating (8 seating including 2 ottomans). Wifi was important for us, so the manager put our room near the office and the signal is strong and consistent. Mountain views are pleasant. Backyard was nice for kids to run around. Radiant heating was cozy & clean without drying out the air and the noise, so we had better sleep than most Marriott/Hyatt which we usually stayed.

Excellent local motel! Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We have stayed here before and come back often since it is close to skiing. Although we don't come in the other seasons, using the back BBQ and picnic tables would be lovely. Kitchen was useful to cook small meals. Pots, pans could use an upgrade as they were very old/worn looking, plus maybe a few sharp knives. We'll be back!

Conveniently close to Bellayre. Pillow mattress topper was so comfortable! Management was very responsive with questions unlike other inns in the area. Kitchen is such a great feature to have. Only suggestion I have is the nonstick pot and water kettle could be refreshed. We would definitely stay again.

Clean room, comfortable bed , enjoyed backyard/sitting area. The hotel was conveniently located down the road from Bellayre mountain. Fishing access in the Esopus creek was also near by. I was able to hike Rochester hollow hiking train, also close to the hotel.

Stay over night there with the kids for skiing, the location is great, it was literally 5mins drive from the motel but you get what you pay for I guess. The room has an odor and the bed is very uncomfortable. The sheets smell like bleach…. Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing.

Second time staying at the Lake House, very spacious and accommodating to all your needs for Food preparation. With great modern decor The House is very warm and comfortable. Also there is plenty of parking.Will definitely return. 🙂🙂🙂

This is our third year staying at the Starlite Motel for our family ski trip. Convenient location (5 minutes to Bellayre), sparkling clean every time, and super easy check-in/check-out. Full kitchen is a bonus! Hope to be back next winter!

Very comfortable and clean; bathroom and kitchen are excellent; towels, bedding are top notch; Pine Hill is a cute little town; solid option for skiing Belleayre which is no more than 10 minutes away; I can confidently recommend the Starlite
