Upon arrival, I was greeted with an infectious smile and a handshake by Curt Morton, who was my sales associate, at the location.

Observing how you handle and execute your work is a masterclass in and of itself. Providing me both pros and cons on obtaining a Bourbon Card Holder and standing out. Never felt rushed with the process as he ensures that I was comfortable with the choice.

The staffs there were wonderful and professional, thank you team in making me feel welcomed. Highly recommended Curt for all your Goyard needs. Truly blessed and grateful to be serviced by him.

I had a great experience and got what I wanted in this boutique. Stephanie was the sales associate who helped me, and she was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. She took time answering all my questions and gave me some really helpful suggestions. The store is well stocked with all the products and colors. I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for (a St Louis bag and a Boheme hobo), and I’m very happy with my purchase!

I went into the store with the intention of purchasing a Hobo bag, but unfortunately, my experience was soured by the poor customer service. The sales associates (SAs), Curt and a female SA was just laughing at customer behind their back. I shop at many brands but rarely feel this angry - I decided not to purchase anything.

It’s no surprise the store has such low ratings—many other customers have shared similar experiences of poor service. The arrogant attitude from the SAs leaves a lasting negative impression, not just on this particular location, but on the brand overall. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and addresses the behavior of the staff.

I have my bag sent in for repair two months ago, sent several follow up emails with zero reply. Try calling the number and never picked up! I am wondering if I will ever get my bag back! I will definitely dispute the transaction.

As someone who has worked in advertising and has a degree from the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology, I think I know what a sense of style is because I’ve shot with many photographers including David Leach and David Lachapelle. With that in mind, I wanted to get something for my beloved. I tried calling online because they make it very challenging, of not showing the prices and keeping it very close to the vest. Because I’m disabled I had a hard time understanding why I just couldn’t order what I wanted and just buy it. My frustration grew when I gave my name and contact information and just waited. Well what went from a bad experience, started to change. I got a call from one of the sales associates, and we made an appointment for a later date. Well after meeting my new rep at the store today she turned me into “a customer for life.” I highly recommend Nicolina - a true professional, whose attention to detail and the ability to listen, problem solve is not only wanted, but actually needed. I will definitely be going back there again in the future. So the best way to describe my experience today is to quote Coco Chanel, who said, “Fashion has two purposes: comfort and love. Beauty comes when fashion succeeds.”

I had a wonderful experience at this goyard location specifically with Kasia.W. I had no appointment and walked right in and was greeted by Kasia. She was very patience and knowledgeable on all items, insuring that I picked the perfect item for me. Definitely will be coming back to this location to purchase more items!
