CAUTION: Hot food at this location may contain small hard pieces!!!

I just bought a Kwikery burger on my way home for my lunch break during work. It was for my wife who hadn’t eaten yet, she took a bite, and hit a hard bead inside the burger, and it broke her Veneer. She is from Ukraine, so we do not have insurance for her yet… we immediately called for an emergency appointment and learned this will cost us over $1000 out of pocket.

I can’t imagine this will be the only instance here, so please eat with caution!

Great place for snacks. The staff is always awesome. The cashier told me I had a free breakfast sandwich for my next visit so I started to use the Kwik Trip app.

Decent staff. Very poorly maintained. They are constantly out of various products. The food is not fresh and over cooked. The Drink machine is constantly broke and/or out of flavors.

Was picking up a doordash delivery and “Joe” was extremely rude. Was irritated that he did not know I was coming ahead of time, so I guess thats why the delivery wasn’t already ready. Dudes weird and is straight little girl.

DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS LOCATION. IT WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NOT DISPENSE MONEY.

What a nightmare of an experience I had there. Stopped in to use the ATM and it didn't dispense a single dollar. Yet my card was charged. Very upset, I spoke to the manager "Chris"(who surprisingly looks exactly like "Chumlee" from Pawn Stars but heavier) who pretty much sarcastically stated that there was nothing he could do and I was pretty much on my own to handle the issue. Which of course, added salt into the freshly opened wound. At least he could have apologized? Offered a free coffee? Anything for my troubles? I then used the bathrooms and for being a brand new bathroom, there were no paper towels, the paper towel dispenser appeared to be broken open AND the restroom reeked of urine.

Kwik Trip you can do better than that. At least get a manager that "somewhat" cares what they are doing. A manager is a representative of Kwik Trip and should act accordingly with some sense of professionalism

If I leave this store one more time without hearing “see you next time” Im never coming back I wish I could become a secret shopper just so I could get this place put on notice!

I know this place just had a remodel but it looks like they need to have a retrain with their employees.
They're topping bar was completely wiped out, sauces are lethargic. when I talk to employees they just essentially rolled their eyes and shrug their shoulders as if there is nothing they could do, but then proceeded to talk about personal stuff instead of working which I assume they would have been on the clock.
