So unprofessional. Tried to diagnose problem over the phone and then bill for replacing the whole appliance. Finally came to the house and said there was nothing wrong with the appliance, couldn't diagnose the problem. Was here 10 mins tops. I kicked him out while he was talking ON SPEAKERPHONE as I'm trying to speak with the insurance company. First negative review I've written. STAY AWAY.

Liar! Thief! Charges $39 to diagnose. Misdiagnoses problem but charges $230 to "fix"with 90 day warranty. 5 weeks later same problem. Claims fixed wrong thing need you to pay $350 more--does not honor own warranty.
