I love PuffCity and Tenafly. My favorite part is seeing Frank, who's very helpful, kind easy to talk to, knows his customers, makes you feel welcome, any straight nose his stuff. When I go there and talk to him I feel like at peace, like I'm at home. Frank really makes you feel welcome. Let's put it this way if Frank was in the Carlstadt puff shop, I would go there just to see him! His customer service skills and people skills Rock!! I could really go on and on about Frank. Such a sweet guy, I really enjoy our many talks not to mention their prices and supplies are on spot.. I get all I need in one store.

Great local shop, has everything you would ever need from quick grab-and-go items to flagship tools for all of your needs.

Prices are good and customer service is top notch and personable. Really nice people and the will work with you one on one for what you need, even offering better solutions you haven’t though of.

Prices are high and they seem to go up every time you go in there I never pay the same amount go in one week and pay one price and go the next and pay a different. It’s funny that the three review the place has is from people that are associated with the vape store. That’s pretty shady if you ask me.

Best service i had in a long time. This is the place you want to go for good products and good service. Demitre was very thoughtful and thorough in his explanation of products and gave me a wide selection to choose from. Will definitely be coming back.

Never have had a bad experience whenever I drop by this store. Puffcity has been my smoke shop of choice for the last 2 years and they never seem to disappoint. Friendly staff who are very responsive and attentive. Not to mention the great selection. Will definitely be back again 🏃🏽‍♂️💨
